I don't know what ADE is, but I do not intend to get the covid vaccine again, just like I never take flu shots. I did it to help speed up the reopening. After that, screw it. The first one did a number on me. I could barely keep my eyes open for two weeks and felt exhausted as soon as I woke up no matter how long I slept. If I didn't live so close to work, I would have had to either have called in sick or had someone else pick me up and drop me off it was so unsafe for me to be driving any appreciable amount of time. Two weeks and 1 day after the shot I was bouncing around like I had chugged a case of Wild Tiger. The second one was more typical symptoms---Day 2 flu-light; Day 4 life as normal.

Yet according to the article you may now be in more danger then from the virus itself if you don't. Remember this was rushed using no animal trials and only 2 phases of human clinical trials as you are phase 3 of human clinical trials. That skips phase 4 altogether. The drug companies and politicians have zero liability.

    clip...

I guess Trump shouldn't have pushed for warp speed then, right?

The real issue is informed consent. One cannot give informed consent if one is not informed. I doubt Trump is a virologist and as we have seen time and again, those making decisions are not always given all the information themselves.

The same information from the FDA itself begs the question about government being able to force people to get the vaccine legally.

I didn't realize the government was trying to force people to get the vaccine.

They haven't but it is certainly brought up time and again.

That's a nifty bait and switch! The fact is that Trump wanted the vaccine FAST. Even named the operation WARP SPEED. Now your suggestion is that the speed of development did not allow for proper testing. Do you think Trump was uninformed about this fact? And if so, would it have made a difference to him? (Note - that was a rhetorical question.)

No matter your political beliefs, would you have gotten the vaccine if you had been fully informed of the possible dangers?

Again, not the subject of my comments. I'm talking about Trump's rush to get the vaccine developed. You can't contest that because he is still wanting to take credit for it. So to now be saying that it was rushed and is putting people in danger implicates Trump, doesn't it?

But to be fair, we all take drugs (one time or another) with side effects/possible dangers.

I understand you are obsessed with Trump but that is not the issue, the issue is informed consent.

Hmmmm - you responded to my post about Trump - that's what got this back and forth started. If you want to ignore the subject to which you responded and go with another, you are free to do so. But I'm not interested in playing along...

If I am, I am. Nothing I can do about it now. Not worth fretting about.

Maybe since you can't keep on track with the thread you should find a Trump thread somewhere.

Good attitude but would you get the vaccine every 6 months for the rest of your life? You recently have heard you may need a 'booster' in 6 months.

As I stated before, the answer is no. I do not plan to ever get the vaccine again. If it makes me more at risk for a bad outcome, then that is how it is going to have to be. There is no way to know if that would be the case or not so I am not spending the rest of my life living in fear, however long that will be.

If that happens I'm going to contact my government representatives and ask that they look into it. Right now the big pharma industry is making mad money from their vaccines. There is going to be the temptation to make Covid vaccines a regular affair for the public even if this strain of Coronavirus goes extinct. Even if the 'vaccine' becomes an empty medicine sugar pill/placebo. We cannot stand for this!

Too late. The Congress critters gave drug manufacturers immunity and we all know congress critters never have responsibility.
