By the way thanks for sharing that video of the cells. When I took a biology class the teacher told us that our brain is sending electrical signals around itself and through the body. We can listen in, but we don't know what they are saying. It's some form of primitive language. If we knew what they are saying we would learn a lot of things.

Last night was interesting, after yesterday's exercise I didn't feel any vibrations for the rest of the day which have been the longest period for the past week. I was exhausted and needed rest so prayed God would protect me if it is His will. I woke up round midnight and started to feel vibrations, I prayed to Christ and asked him to remove these evil spirits, if it is His will and they disappeared immediately. Trying to go back to sleep I started to feel the vibrations again, I prayed and they disappeared but they came back with more frequency, I could also feel pressure on the blanket around my legs....almost like someone was stepping around me. I realised although these spirits were much weaker than they were over the past week, there were a lot of them and understood that I am also to fight back...usually I would use my chest muscles and "blast" energy towards where I thought they were. I was too exhausted so decided to change tact, I simply tightened my chest muscles at maybe 30-40%. The vibrations stopped instantly.

Now to understand what I'm doing with my chest muscles you sort of need to understand "chakra" (see image below). I understand this is Eastern spirituality, however I believe we connect with God through "chakra" and this is also what I have been doing now for months. Before any of this started I already had good control because I could speed or slow my heartbeat at will. However during this "unusual" year I've had, and as I became closer and closer to God and Jesus Christ, I've been using my "chakra" specifically chest, to project my love, respect, reverence, gratitude and desire to be a child of God towards God.
I would imagine myself kneeling in front of Him and Jesus Christ and worship Him & Christ passionately with everything I have inside me, by pushing these feelings and thoughts using my chest chakra or muscles if you like...it was very powerful and I have never in my life felt closer to God than during these moments. I didn't realise it at the time, but this also hugely strengthened my ability to hold this 30-40% tightening of my chest. A bit like when you pull your stomach muscles in an hold for hours....but with your chest. I'm also wondering whether the vibrations stopped instantly because by tightening my chest muscles I changed my energy frequency....?....not sure...

Anyway, I went back to sleep holding these muscles in and when I woke up several hours later I could feel something cold and tight clamping my chest but it was not strong at all...almost like it was trying to get in....I immediately increased the tightening of my chest and it all went away.

Now please realise I have (especially this last week) gone way past worrying about snarky comments and clueless people who have no idea about spirituality....relaying this is very important because I know I'm dealing with Satan and his illuminati slaves....more importantly I still have my head above water and they are becoming less powerful every day, which means what I'm doing is working.

ok so tightening my chest muscles worked...all the weird simply disappear as soon as I stop the vibrations by tightening my chest muscles. I don't know why but it obviously has something to do with the chakra. Or maybe Satan uses your spiritual energy like a beacon...to summon evil spirits...who knows...I just know it works VERY well.

When I still feel light vibrations I do some side to side stretches in my chair...almost like they lose your frequency.... shrug...basically it's there and then it's gone as soon as you move.

Ok let's summarise ghost busting 101 ;

1. Strengthen your faith - pray, worship, go to church...walk with God and Jesus Christ
2. Exercise or move
3. Tighten your chest muscles - does it close the window to your soul - the chakra? Don't know but it works very well.
4. Strengthen your internal chest muscles,- you never know when you may need them....I certainly never thought this party trick could come in handy

Hi peeps, ok I'm sooo screwed, Satan sent something VERY heavy and evil after me, I don't want to go to sleep because I fear once it gets into my head I won't know who I am anymore. I can feel the weight of it as it tries to climb into me. My son is also experiencing hallucinations so also targeted my kids, probably my daughter too.

Listen peeps, this is what this war is about, the Illuminati are Satanists and if you oppose him...well see previous paragraph. It basically means I'm not the only one screwed, his plans for us can't be good and the way things are currently going it looks extremely bad.

I just want to add something you will all have to face one day. If you think it's because I pushed one post too far you are wrong. I have been targeted since last year...as this thread will show. However when I chose Jesus Christ, Satan decided to destroy me.
You will all have to one day choose...where will you bow?

UFOs are satanic? If they are demons stuck here on Earth, after the so-called fall from grace, after their rebellion against God, why do they need UFOs to travel and where are they keeping them? And how did they hide them all of this time?

 

I do what I always do, get up have coffee, trade my crypto, make one or two posts on PF, prune my roses, renovate my bathroom, feed my family, do the laundry, vacuum the house, walk my dog, run my 3km's, worship God, pray....go shopping, go have lunch somewhere....mow the lawn...

You know what... you completely ignored my story about the black shadow,,,, verified double blind by several people, I don't think urban people recognize a demon when they see one. Demons tend to not be so overt... that would make their mission much more difficult, and if they obvious, they more than likely drive more people to God once it's impossible to deny the spirit world. UFOs as interdimensional is at least as plausible has a spaceship crossing the galaxy or universe.

I experienced this war...I felt it, I saw it...it was HORRIBLE AND TERRIFYING.....yet He gave me His peace and held me in His Hand so I could be strong.
.....and then I felt the physical effects of the power of prayer, as the curse was removed and the demons who kept trying to come back was tossed out with every mention of His Mighty and Powerful Name.

Satan threw the kitchen sink at me (the wink is an inside joke) it nearly broke me, I went from barely able to walk, blurry vision, no balance, headache black circles around my eyes, nausea to exercising and sleeping like a baby in less than 24 hours once the curse was broken.

Did I pray prior to that....of course! Did it help? No, why...because it matters How you pray, what you say, what you ask for.
A simple "please God help me" doesn't work, you actually have to say "I break or cancel this curse released on me in the spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ"
You can do this telepathically it doesn't have to be out loud.

Christians must check their egos at the door, go and look who and what Jesus' early disciples were...alcoholics, prostitutes, poor fisherman, the indebted and tax collector who betrayed his people....they MUST learn how to fight the spirit world. Churches MUST stop denying the existence of demons and their influence over people and take up this battle and they MUST do it now, because it is only going to get worse.
