    .

In spite of living in a cultural marxist world order that is quickly going to hell...
God has blessed me with knowledge, wisdom, health, wealth and independence.

    Inheritance?

Speaking of "cultural marxism," I'm betting that's the next scary-sounding catch phrase that the GQP will latch onto after they have flogged "critical race theory" to death.

A little inheritance which helped me pay off my first house.

But mostly God's blessings, hard work and financial discipline [which I also inherited from my parents.]

    Of course "wealth" is relative.

    Let's just say, I'm comfortable.

Financially I'm as well off as ever, but life itself has been kind of a drag since the covid thing started and the country fell into the hands of the insane left.

Probably somewhere between 1 and 2. But for my student loan payments that are set to resume in October I think it is, I would be be in a much better position overall financially. I used the pause in payments to get all the other aspects of my financial house bolstered up but that $600ish a month payment is going to be a a drag once it resumes.

Existence is Satisfactory -- I am an Aspie.
Life is Good -- Most Normies.

Existence is miserable -- people who really suffer, not me.
Existence is extremely miserable -- people who have severe conditions, people in prison serving decades to life, severe abuse victims.

Do you believe that Asperger's syndrome is something you have or who you are? I ask because you mention it in almost all of your posts. You also ignore me when I ask you who is responsible for your happiness. I'm curious as to why that is.

    1) Aspergers is who I am.

    2) I am Jewish -- we believe that Happiness or Unhappiness of a person is pre-determined before his/her birth. I do not think I can change my situation. And I am satisfied with what I have.

Thank you for sharing. I wish you the best!

My life is much better then life of those really suffering. I have a lot of emptiness and nothingness, but that is not suffering.

That is an interesting reply. I am not that familiar with medical disorders but is it common for people with these types of medical conditions to identify with it as being what they are? Usually when people introduce themselves to strangers one of the first things they share after their name are what they do. For example some may say I am John Smith and I am a medical doctor. On first dates that is usually the first things that comes up during the initial meet. For people that are unemployed they will usually tell you what they are studying to be or aspire to be. Another way people define themselves is by their family especially if you are part of a small community. You would introduce yourself as John, son of David. In a modern world where the average stranger probably has no idea of who your parents are unless they are famous that practice has probably disappeared. In the past that is why people took on last names like Smith, Butcher, Tailor, Farmer etc to define your profession or last names like Johnson, Davidson, Jameson etc... to define yourself through family. I have never heard someone define themselves by a medical condition. It would be like introducing yourself as I am John Smith and I am a diabetic.

I think this poll is very useful and relevant from a psychological point of view.

Some people live in constant fear because they are told to fear, and those who tell them to fear are the same people who offer themselves as the solution to the problem. Fear of commies, immigrants, muslims, globalists.....you name it. Fear is a burden.

As for the poll question: Life is good.

I wish I could control the fact that my sister was homeless because my friend's mom (the friend was supposed to move out) is in the hospital with covid and thus friend is too busy to move out. But I can't. Oh well.

That's good. I'm glad to hear that.
