    Well there you go.

And that's the point I was making. Everyone seems to actually believe "a woman who gets pregnant for any reason be forced to give birth against her will."

    Including you.

The disagreements seem to be at what point in the journey do women lose their rights and becoming brood mares with no agency.

What I support is human life. A baby is a human and deserves that right to life if the mother's life is not at risk.

Roe vs Wade and only represents one side and we were lied to about it. The Supreme Court was also very one sided.

Why not have all Americans vote on it and see what happens?

Why should ALL pregnant women be supported by Republicans? Why is it either that of women get to kill their unborn children?

Why hide behind a legal ruling, what about the abortions themselves do you support those, what RvW is about?

Well by that standard pro-abortionist love sex so much they encourage killing unborn babies created by it. You can look up any number of CURRENT cites.

You really want to get into a comparison of which is worse a mother giving birth or that mother killing her unborn child?

It is likewise a matter of right and wrong and those of the opinion that women should be forced to birth are in the wrong.

Do you believe a ZEF is A human as in "born person with rights" ? ( It isn't. it's human, NOT A human)

Then with rights come restrictions...we canNOT use another person's body to sustain our lives....

We canNOT harm another without their consent.

So out that ZEF comes if the woman doesn't want to be harmed or use her body to sustain the life of another..

What YOU want is for a ZEF to have more rights than born , thinking, people...

THERE IS NO "BABY" INVOLVED IN ABORTION.

A baby HAS rights...it is BORN so it has rights.

A ZEF does not have rights.

IF it did it would conflict with the rights of the woman it's in.

Do you believe a ZEF is A human as in "born person with rights" ? ( It isn't. it's human, NOT A human)

ALL PREGNANCIES are a risk to a woman's life, they ALL CAUSE HER HARM....why do you wish women to suffer harm against their will ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

If that's how you would like to interpret it, please feel free. I happen to feel that women who wait until their 8th month (with the exception of health issues) to get an abortion are not acting responsibly. There can be no comparison to an 8th month fetus and a clump of cells.

I am not condoning the reduction of women to brood mares - but I am holding them to a standard where they are responsible for their choices (in this case a late term abortion).

I am following the science - a late term baby has the ability to grow and thrive outside of the womb. Therefore, I consider it to be wrong to abort it.

We can dance around this all day and, perhaps, my beliefs aren't lining up with what pro life folks believe about pro choice folks. I guess that's because I am an individual with my own individual opinions and beliefs.

Do you really think there are mentally healthy women who go through the "delights" of 8 months of pregnancy just to have an abortion?

    Really?

    No, there aren't.

I completely agree. We generally see those late term abortions in cases of health issues - the mother or the baby.

It is a vexed question, but, I think the honest answer is, "No, she should not have to give birth."

This is certainly true if she was made pregnant against her will.

But, if she fooled around willingly, and then decided in the last month or so to terminate it, then if the fetus could survive outside her body, maybe it should be legal for a immediate relative to demand that the fetus be removed, alive, from her body.

Very complicated, and you wonder how people live in so much stupid irrresponsibility that these situations can even occur....

No one in these threads is advocating celibacy as a contraception. Not once has that ever been suggested.

She has that, completely. She exercises it every time she chooses sex (you know, that very specific activity which is the only known way of conceiving outside of a laboratory).

Why do you feel people should be involved in the sex lives (or medical decisions) of others?

    We're saying the opposite.

And FTR, you can't make 'medical decisions' other than to refuse treatment. Laws prevent procedures deemed not medically necessary. The only exceptions are plastic surgery and obstetrics (and obstetrics SHOULD be subject to these laws).

Only right wingers are saying women should practice celibacy. I have no idea what you mean that people cannot make medical decisions. We do so everyday. Simply going to the doctor is a medical decison.

You do have to admit, the Left can't exactly use that as an argument at this time, that they believe people should not be involved in the medical decisions of others.

No one HERE is suggesting celibacy. Abstinence and celibacy are two entirely different things. One is avoiding the specific sexual act (which leads to pregnancy) on a single occassion, the other is lifelong avoidance of all sex.

You can't 'order up' a medical procedure or treatment. If your doctor determines that you don't need a course of antibiotics, you won't get them.

I’ll rephrase, only right wingers want to determine the medical decisions and be involved in the bedrooms of others.

    Sure can.
If you are speaking of COVID vaccines very few want to mandate vaccinations like the right is wanting to do with abortion availability
