The founders didn't create executive orders. They put the president in charge of the administrative branch of the government. They did not install him as a king. For the president to issue orders to be followed by the administration is right, proper and part of the job of any chief executive. To order the states or the public is beyond right proper and part of the job. In my opinion the judicial branch should overturn every executive order that goes beyond the borders of the administration. We have a means for affecting state and public behavior and activities. That means is the law, not presidential decrees. If the congress is dysfunctional we get fewer laws and less partisan laws. That is a good thing. Laws should be hard to pass. If it is important to affect things beyond the government, the legislative branch is the place it should be done. The states and public should consent to it through the concept of a representative democracy.

 

The very thing the left count on "Science" will be the reason the courts toss it out.. The vaccine, NO vaccine stops the spread or death.. It's a persons option to protect themselves from germ.. It's pretty obvious at this point that even the vaxxers know the Vaccines are useless, and my opinion want everyone to suffer the same uncertainty they live with every minute of every day what side effects they may have volunteered to test. Why would a person protected by a vaccine care one way or another if some else doesn't take it, they are protected right

Think about it, they are just as scared now vaxxed as they were before the vaccine, and that's because facts are showing they "Vaxxed" are just as contagious and just as vulnerable to contraction, the only upside is they MIGHT NOT DIE from it..

Pretty much the very same scenario the unvaxxed face

What has changed with vaccine, the vaxxed are just as OR worse afraid now then before they were vaxxed.. the problem with people not getting the vax is the hospitals are over filling, this could of been prevented as 99% of those in the hospital from covid are unvaxed
