Biden’s Mandatory Vaccines Or Weekly Tests, as an OSHA Rule, Will Be Shot Down In Court.

The provisional approval was just performative and at this point that's all it will ever be.

There was extreme political pressure from both the people and the government for them to approve it so not wanting to risk cutting in the budget they approve of it it's strictly a political tactic count that has nothing to do with any science.

 

I suspect this attempt to mandate a vaccine Nationwide will be smacked down by the Supreme Court as per the usual case with Joe Biden's attempts to usurp the Constitution.

The state has a right to mandate a vaccine but the federal government does not because of the 10th Amendment. There was no legislative process to give them this power so I'm betting the court puts down the 5-4 decision but it may possibly even be a 9-0.

 

That is a lot of hours for such a job. My father worked for Haliburton in their oil services sector my whole childhood. Not an easy job.

 

They have upheld mandatory vaccines in the past, going all the way back to the early 1900s.

 

It held up State mandates for the vaccines those weren't Federal mandates.

The state does have the right to mandate vaccines the federal government does not.

Being that there are States that are trying to mandate that you can't mandate vaccines means that this will be different than the 1904 smallpox case.

 

"Effective" they recently had to change the definition of vaccination so these COVID vaccines would meet the definition.

They changed

"The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease"

and is now

"The act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce protection to a specific disease"

In the entire history of OSHA, have they EVER had a safety regulation that applied to employers of 100 or more that dont apply to employers with 99 or less? That will only apply to half the jobs in the US. Kind of defeats the claim that its necessary for safety.

Hard to say since 90% of her patients have not had it. Though a great many do ask for it if they survive the illness.

Why is it so silly? We heard for months and months from the right that the Dems did not want COVID to go away till after the election. Did you find those statements just as silly?

Oh I see. Then it just didn't belong in a post that responded to mine. I have a reasonably decent understanding of how viruses do what they do. I should mention, though, that the vaccines aren't controlling the spread of the delta strain of covid. They are providing some therapeutic benefit to people who are infected with it however. So they do reduce the harm caused by the virus even if not to the point of a common cold.
