But under what circumstances, other than being in the wilderness with a woman in obstructed labour, would you actually kill a foetus during labour?

but internationally the “rights” of the foetus rarely trump those of the mother except in places like Venezuela where women who have had miscarriages have been incarcerated for extended periods of time.

 

My objection to abortion is not a legal objection, it's a moral objection.

 

The point is it's HER responsibility...not anyone else's and certainly not yours.

NO one indicated it is her responsibility to kill it...... but it is her responsibility to DECIDE if she wants it or not.
