Well... ok... so we don't die from it. Please take your semantic games elsewhere. I'm vaccinated agaisnt all sorts of things due to the military. Maybe I got them, maybe I didn't. I never knew because the vaccines stopped them from hurting me if I did get them. I never knew one way or the other.

 

Tote that bale... carry that viral load... what the heck is a "viral load"? Is the China Virus heavy?

 

When I went to Iraq, most of my military vaccinations had expired. So I had them redone... 21 vaccinations from typhus to anthrax to typhoid to yellow fever and bunches of others. Once I was vaccinated I couldn't get sick from the diseases and couldn't spread them. Pretty simple. That's how vaccines are SUPPOSED to work. Simple.

The China Virus vaccine is politically incapable of being like that. Politics, not viruses make it do and not do all sorts of things. Its a very unique vaccine, dependent on federal decree for its effectiveness.

 

My immune system can talk to me and let me know? Really?

 

I agree. Here in Texas we don't have any state China Virus mandates and ignore the Biden ones. Life here is quite normal. We have more on our minds than the China Virus.

Yeah. I'm no doctor... just an engineer. I go to the doctor, get a shot and I'm done. I don't obsess over the guy that fixes my car either.

 

Yes they do protect you but not if you have a compromised immune system and Powell was an old man with a lot of health problems - exactly the patient we need to protect by getting our own arses vaccinated

 

At least you follow orders and are not concerned about quality.

It helps hugely to stop you getting sick even if you do contract it. Sort of like only driving at the speed limit instead of driving flat out. Driving slower won’t stop you having an accident but it will give you far greater odds of surviving it

 

Quality in my business is essential, son. If I don't care about quality, the aircraft you're in falls out of the sky. What do YOU do?

I don't have or fix aircraft. I just design major components... avionics and weapons mostly.

 

Electronics technician, A&P mechanic, software designer, many other skills. I have had my share of engineers who think they know what works compared to what actually works in the field. Much of that depends on age of the engineer. Not saying you are a bad one but there are plenty of bad ones.

 

Good and bad in everything. But attacking others does nothing but belittle oneself.
Actually, I'm an engineer by education (West Point) but spent my first professional decades Commanding troops and training troops. Then I went to work as a civilian in defense designing and fielding aircraft weapons and countermeasures, designing and executing training programs for new systems and such. Along the way I spent a couple of years in Iraq training the NEW Iraqi Army and later, on staff with First Responders. Spent a couple of years teaching high school Physics for the fun of it, and ended up on the Board of Directors of an Aerospace Company. Still consulting on some military programs but essentially retired and enjoying life from the jacuzzi.

 

Good for you. Still working at 68 because I love my work, it is low stress mentally and physically working from home writing software where the coffee is just the way you like it, you don’t have to wear pants, and the pay is a bonus.

 

You can still get typhoid after being vaccinated

 

It does reduce your chance of getting Covid. People vaccinated recover quicker after getting the disease. Hence there is less time for the virus to infect others, hence there is less time for an infected vaccinated person to infect you who is also vaccinated. Hence the vaccine has reduced the risk to you and to others

 

You need to tell that to millions of Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen who got vaccinated and stayed safe. Please let them know. Like me, they never got the disease after being vaccinated and are not as expert as you apparently are DOCTOR Truth and Justice.

 

Google is your friend who will tell you that the typhoid vaccine does not have 100% efficacy

 

Ok... I'll get the word out to the millions of veterans and active duty personnel who would disagree. Do you have the name of the individual who got it after being vaccinated so I can pass it on?

 

How long did it take you to contact every one of those millions of veterans?
