The problem is that they crossed the line from speech to action. It was no longer a speech issue after they stormed into the building, it then became a mob action and mob actions can be very volatile. Those outside chanting "Hang Mike Pence" OK, but those chanting it inside the Capital building should have the book thrown at them.

 

Why isn't Andrew Cuomo jail for failing to respond to a DOJ request for Covid-19 information? Why isn't he jail for tampering with evidence and obstructing an investigation? You guys seemed to think that was political even Murderer Cuomo was killing people and trying to cover it up. The whole Democrat is filled with sewer rats.
