See this is the problem. By "her people" you are referring to all people who happened to have the same skin color. Her skin color is irrelevant. Especially if she herself has never been "historically oppressed by whites". Perhaps she immigrated from tribal Africa and was never oppressed by whites. Perhaps she is from a wealthy black family here in the US. Perhaps it was whites who instead awarded her admission and scholarships for top universities in the name of "equity" for blacks and made professor for the same reasons. She has no more right to a freedom of expression than I do because my English and Scandanavian heritage is of the same skin color as the Irish who were "historically oppressed by [other] whites".

Actually, Moby Dickless has the exact same Freedom of Expression that anyone else living in the US does, no matter her skin color, cholesterol count, or BMI. Now what she DOESN'T have is Freedom FROM Consequences. I rather doubt that she'll be fired from her school - you know BLM would call out the torches and pitchforks - but she ought to be and I'd be surprised if someone isn't bringing that up right now. Someone with that disposition has no business teaching at any school.

I won't criticize this woman for her appearance -- only her hateful, dangerous beliefs and propaganda which she showers on those around her and everyone else she has access to. That said, I honestly don't see how she blames 'obesity', when it applies to "Black women", as being due to "as set of conditions that we didn't create".

I am not a nutritionist, but it is obvious that there are only two (TWO) ways that food substances can enter into the human body -- up your ass, or, the much more customary route THROUGH THE MOUTH AND DOWN THE THROAT. Therefore, I suggest that anyone who wishes to prevent or treat obesity should focus on the movement of food, either up their ass, or down their throat. Obesity, per se, is not (NOT) the fault of society or the government! Fair enough...? In other words, it's up to you, if you want to weigh less, then EAT LESS....

As far as "good health care, good insurance" goes, I suggest that those needing either one of those things get signed up for health insurance, which can range all the way from a Concierge medical practice, all the way through standard, employer-related health insurance, or government-subsidized Obamacare, and, there's always MEDICAID.

If you get sick or injured, you can walk into any (ANY) hospital in the United States of America and demand treatment, whether you pay for it or not, and by law, you must receive it. Fair enough...?
