I don’t, I check the laws of that state regarding open carry and concealed carry. To many local cops do t even know the laws. Found that out first hand, had to have my state representative sit down and explain open carry to the local police.

 

Juries can be fickle. It's tough to judge how a jury will respond. They have lawyers that are dedicated to predict juries for a living.
