Now I'm usually no gambling Man but on the rare occasions I do Gamble I try to make sure it's a sure bet so sadly I'll have to pass on this bet ...lol
Do you not live in Florida? You should probably seek some more clarification on Florida open carry laws. It is not strictly illegal at all, in the State of Florida open carry is perfectly legal when coming to or going camping hunting hiking or fishing. You should probably seek to seek out more education on your rights because it's up to you to know your rights and no one else will do it for you. The rights that you do not know that you have, you effectively do not have.
based on what I know of Wisconsin and people that live there hunting is a big deal a lot more than it is in Florida so they would probably want to be able to carry their rifles since you need those to hunt I would probably regret it to being attacked by a pedophile in a thug and having to shoot them to make them leave you alone that would suck.
And where might this be at? Can you show us an area where it is specifically stated that only that rifle is banned within a thousand feet of a school? So you're saying it's only that rifle that's banned and not other firearms as well right? But wait there's more.. are not all firearms banned on all school campuses already unless you're a police officer?
and he wouldn't be alive today if he didn't so yah he made the right choice of weapon and the other three didn't
Probably because the police know if they fail to do their jobs this time they will be the ones on public trial next.
OUT-OF-TOUCH DEMS KEEP FUMBLING "Is it any wonder that Democrats are fumbling their response to the jury verdict fully acquitting Kyle Rittenhouse? The Dems are fumbling a host of issues, especially those related to criminal law and justice." They lie a lot. "For the left, it’s all about race all the time." "Democrats keep fumbling because they have so many blind spots."
It is the same in US common law. 'Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.' Being found 'not guilty' is precisely the same as being innocent in this context.
That's false police are allowed to walk through the school with guns if they were a danger that wouldn't be the case. The banned within a thousand feet because of stupidity. Also that stupidity routinely leads to mass shootings in schools.
Well please enlighten us counselor. What is the legal term for someone found to be completely exonerated and innocent of the charges?
Could have reached the verdict in seconds. I don't know what the hell took them so long. They probably had a TDS afflicted moron holdout who just couldn't get over the fact that Kyle went to a Trump rally.
I'm shocked, shocked I tell you that one of the most anti-American posters on this forum didn't like this verdict. Let's get a few things straight, shall we. First, he was not in possession of an Assault Rifle. The very definition of that term describes a rifle that has "Select Fire" capability. Since you obviously have no idea what that phrase means, it's the ability to fire more than one round with a single pull of the trigger, either in a burstfire mode, 3 shots at a time for example, which is widely used in the US Military, or full auto, meaning it will keep firing until either the user releases the trigger, or every round in the magazine has been fired. So, it was just a rifle, designed to put .223 rounds downrange at about 3,000' per second. I can also show you examples of rifles that do the EXACT SAME THING, but look more like a traditional hunting rifle made out of wood if you'd like. But they do the same thing- put .223 rounds downrange at about 3,000' per second. Now, let's talk about self defense, something that every person is born with a right to, though sadly many governments deny that right to their citizens. It sounds like if you were King, ours would be one of them. What you describe as "threatening" (quotes yours) implies to me that you think not only Rittenhouse, but future people will just make up flat out lies to justify the proper use of self defense, which is, in fact, what Rittenhouse did, and why the jury, despite pressure from gawd knows how many "woke" agencies put on them, did the right thing. Unfortunately, my crystal ball is in the shop right now, so I can't speak towards what might happen on some hypothetical tomorrow, but I can tell you what I saw in this case. I saw a person put in jeopardy of a life sentence for doing nothing more than legitimately defending himself with lethal force that was backed up by video and witness testimony. It was one of the MOST clearly obviously clean shoot situations that I've ever seen, so much so that he never should have been tried. In case 1 (in no particular order other than how my brain spits them out): Skateboard man. This fine piece of humanity was literally caught on video in the process of trying to bash in Rittenhouse's skull with a large skateboard. Easily a clean shoot. Case 2- He injured a person via gunshot who admitted on the stand that he was pointing a gun at Rittenhouse. Clean shoot, you can't expect to just point a gun at someone and not have them defend themself with lethal force. Hopefully at least some people will learn from this dude's story, and not put themself in the same situation. Case 3- This one most people, even those who followed the trial, don't even know about. I know I didn't. Unknown "kicking man" tries to attack Rittenhouse with potentially deadly force. Rittenhouse fired two clear self defense shots at him, but missed. Whoever he is, I bet he won't be pulling that move again, but I can't help but wonder if humanity might be better off if R hadn't missed. And finally Case 4- He shot a man attempting to disarm him. Clean shoot, what do you think, that guy was going to give him a voucher for the "evidence"? No, it was much more likely he would have turned around and used it on Rittenhouse, making that a clean shoot as well. So, you tell us... which one(s) of those charges were NOT good, legal self-defense shoots, and why...
Coming from someone who once advocated death by armed government agents to anyone who resisted door-to-door forced vaccination I find your post to be incredibly ironic.....
