If you think that leads to violence, then anything anyone says in the heat of talk could lead to violence, and everyone in the world is guilty, but since there is no suggestion of violence, you can't attribute to her that the is suggesting violence given no violence occurred.

If that didn't happen, no charge could be made, as in the case of Waters, because both didn't actually suggest violence, but the difference between the two is that Waters' act did not result in violence, nor was she speaking to an audience of millions who, in fact, under Trump, a portion of whom did commit violence inspired by his speeches, he did tell his flock to go down to the capitol building, and take back the country and 'fight like hell' and Guiliani said 'trial by combat'. Obviously, his flock took this literally. That is where crimes could be attributed to Trump and his minions. Moreover, Waters didn't do it at every rally, for months, as did Trump. No one speech is the thing with Trump, it's many speeches over a period of time, the same lies that dems stole the elections, over and over and over again, which spawned the 1/6 juggernaut.

The propensity for violence of the Jan.6 rioters occurred way before the Trump speech preceding the riot. Ya know, the authoritarian (and arbitrary) decisions of states' governors and congresscritters which forced people out of work to quarantine and loose their businesses, for example, while hypocritical politicians partied w/o masks and didn't quarantine (and didn't loose their jobs, businesses or freedoms).

He started and repeated the lie that the election was stolen. Lie to people like that, about something so important, and then tell them to fight - yeah, that was inciting them to violence. He bears primary responsibility for what happened on January 6.

 

I saw about 10 seconds of some badly thrown-together, jittery cartoon crap that had what looked some weird-looking flying kids doing "stuff" -- and I honestly couldn't see anything (ANYTHING) that should have been used a pretext to CENSURE anybody! The rest of the whole nine minutes and 35 seconds of the video clip was the host, Matt Walsh, making his surrounding commentary.

It should be remembered, though, that Democrats will swarm to believe in anything, so long as it plays into their overall agenda -- as we saw in the way that they enthusiastically impeached a President of the United States, using fraudulent "evidence" that has now been fully outed in the ongoing, "Russia, Russia, Russia" disgrace.
