My husband and I have reviewed the evidence. if you look at when he actually hits the people...he slows down at first as if "wtf" and then just plows thru. Thinking about our past domestic turmoil days....your mind can be in another place.

Fleeing does not mean you are in hot pursuit, if just means you are running from an area. The police say they were responding to the DV incident he was involved in when he fled.

Flee = run away from a place or situation

No, he is guilty as hell and will spend the rest of his life in prison. If there was death penalty in WI, he could be a candidate, but 5 counts of intentional homicide + several dozen attempted murder charges will lock him up for life.

If you want to portray him as a terrorist who planned the ramming & killing, then so be it, but so far the evidence does not support that. He is going away for life no matter what.
