if you asked me, the racial component of all this, other than the scumbag being a racist himself, is most likely how states come up with these low bail laws. On the flip side, take a look at this story, they admittedly want to set his bail so high that he can’t possibly come up with it. I’m not complaining about that, but I thought that was unconstitutional.

But the justice system has to be followed..........if we are to remain a civilized society. The situation is tragic on so many levels.
