Here you are clearly stating that open carry is not allowed in public. Yet you continue to argue that you did not claim this. Clearly you did. I'll try one more time not that I think it will do any good. . Open carry in FL is legal WHEN GOING TO AND FROM the listed activities ( and naturally, when engaging in those activities, as well)......what do you think " going to and from " involves? Most people realize this means traveling in public. Consider yourself better informed. For a supposed gun owner, you need to do some research.
Duty to retreat certainly didn't seem to be a major aspect of the trail. Just another PATHETIC attempt by the JOKE prosecutor!
Its not, except for the exceptions which I have mentioned NINE times now. It's a matter of fact, not a matter of opinion. Get over it. Why do you pretend I have not said something that I have said nine times, including before you made your childing wager which you refuse to honor after losing it? Yes, I pointed out nine times you can do it while engaged in target shooting and hunting related activities. Other than that, the open carry rules in Florida are among the strictest in the nation. People argue such laws are Marxist. Do you agree with that?
What attempt? They didn't use that strategy because they figured they had a better strategy. The video shows Kyle running from Rosenbaum, so they argued the incident was triggered by Kyle pointing his rifle at him. Did it work? No.
I'm not interested in your straw man. Never once did I simply claim that Florida is an open carry state. I even gave you this specific State statute to look up to no avail. You specifically stated it is not legal to open carry in public. I simply pointed out the exception to that. Do I need to ask you what going to and coming from means again? If you're going to and coming from these activities don't you think that means you'll be in public somewhere along the way? That is when open carry is legal in public FYI
I appreciate it, because it proves what I keep telling you. Quit obsessing over it. If you can't admit being wrong, then so be it. Yea, me too. Nine times...... Yep. Its one of the strictest States because of the laws. Marxist?
Jesus Christ dude you really are something else I can quote exactly what you said and you'll still sit there and deny it truly a waste of time
Rosembaum. Yes. Obviously he didn't know who he was, or that he was "human waste child rapist". In US, you can't point your gun at anyone, unless you are defending yourself Either way it was not enough to persuade the jury, and they deemed him not-guilty on all charges, and that is the final word. Are you unhappy about that?
Yes, please quote all nine times when I said you can carry while engaged in target shooting and hunting related activities. Why do you have such hard time accepting I said it nine times? These exceptions are OBVIOUS, since it would be impossible to engage in these activities without taking your firearm out. I suppose you could hide your rifle under a trench coat at the shooting range parking lot, but it would be beyond stupid. Outsiders call Florida "Flori-DUH", and sometimes we give reasons for it, but we're not THAT stupid. Pride goes before the fall........ That scripture defines your behavior here. Bless your heart. Have a nice day.
Continue struggling with what " going to and from " means.... Hint, it's not when specifically engaged in the listed activities... Save your fake " blessings" transplant
You said no such thing. Once it became clear to you that you were wrong you simply move the goal post and pretended that you said it from the beginning. Then proceeded in with the childish insults and projections.
My first thought on reading this was, who cares what the laws of FL are for open carry. Those laws don't and wouldn't apply to the topic of the thread being the state of WI and their laws. Seems as thought that having been humiliated for not understanding those laws, but being appropriately called out for it on the thread that you've had to side step to an unrelated conversation. Perhaps make your own thread about it.
I said its enough, but we can start over if you want to hear me say it 9 more times while FatBack pretends he can't comprehend it.
Given the obvious retreat demonstrated in the video..... never mind. The lefties here aren't going to give up on their hurt because folks try to rationally discuss how misguided their flame posts are.
Someone said restrictive gun laws are MARXISM and I mentioned the fact that Florida open carry laws are among the most restrictive in the nation (aka MARXIST), and it made his head explode. Why do you keep bumping it?
Hmm.. So, in context, there are many gun laws that openly are derivative of marxism. Perhaps you could explain, on your own thread, why you feel FL laws aren't. This thread is to discuss the Rittenhouse acquittal. Where, we know, Kyle carried legally, and enjoyed the privilege of self defense. And since you're worried about FL, Castle doctrine is the appropriate comparison. There are a lot of BS laws still on the books from when FL was a state run by democrats. Time likely will redress this all by itself.
There could have been another jury that could have convicted Rittenhouse of first degree murder. Not all juries are the same.
They are all just people who are called for civic duty and do the best they can to get it right based on the evidence presented to them. Thankless job in most cases.
