Sorry, but my work truck costs half that and I can go for over 1,000 miles on a tank of diesel. Granted I have my auxiliary tank plumbed into my main tank, but still, I don't have to stop for fuel for 1,000 miles...

Gas prices were about a $1.70 a gallon then. Now they are nearly $3.30. Biden has nearly doubled prices in just 11 months. It’s astonishing.

If you note the link, demand dropped like a rock in April and May last year. Prices dropped and production slowed down. As the Country opened up, demand naturally went up but supply can't keep up.

EVs most people want to drive are still Too expensive. They need to hit the mid 20s and seat 5 comfortably like a Camry or a small SUV to have any sort of mass market appeal. TOYOTA is releasing theirs now, but it’s still expensive.
