    Well that's a pickle considering the very democratic state is lead by democratic policies brought on by democratic dipshits with virtue. And then there is that whole "acab" movement. "Say her name!" "I can't breathe!" and "seven shots in the back" outrage, that makes policing or increasing police presence kind of difficult...

    but whatever. I don't live there, thank god.

    Democrats in these big blue cities believe that the chaos keeps them in power, and that the fear that is generated justifies the taxation graft they require to lie about stopping the violence which they have no intention of ever doing. If it were to abate, they'd lose their power. And we know above all else, democrats crave power.

    While that is a correct statement, it could be true of any weapon. Which matters most- the fact you are killed, or the choice of weapons your murderer made?
    Your chances of survival from gunshot are better than your chances of survival from stabbing. What kills you is hardly the controlling factor. WHO wants to kill you is. It's PEOPLE- always has been.
    If you remove the guns and leave the thugs in place (and currently the thugs are winning that) all you have done is disarm the innocent for the benefit of the thugs.

    When violent people are removed from a society- guns will be left at home.
