Oh! So that explains your perspective on this.

Of course if you're bisexual you probably don't see any problem with this.

You are completely ignoring the enhanced senses of a blind person. Talk to one sometime. Enlightening.

Which is why your committee is stupid. Everyone, and I mean everyone, has a different opinion on where the line is. Consent is a personal decision .

There are situations where you can still enjoy sex in the moment but it can still be rape.

I could go through a long list of them.

I already a posted a story in an earlier post. A woman enjoyed being fingered in a drugged up state but when she woke up and came fully to, she realized she had been molested by a creepy looking passenger sitting next to her.

And, for the record, I have never had sex with a woman, but if I did, I’d know it.

It's not me that says this is the law.

If he did and he was, than yes he could.

    Bad decisions aren't rape.
If you agreed to sex while being blindfolded that's poor judgment.

They aren't reasons if people consent to sex without knowing.
Tricking a person into sleeping with someone that is the wrong sex for them is. Just like a gay guy that gets a straight guy drunk to have sex with him is raping him.
Agreed we don't have one. If you lie about your sex to have sex with somebody that's rape.

Even if you had never had sex with a man before, and even if you were blindfolded and your hands were tied above your head, and the woman was wearing a wrapping around her breasts to make them seem flat?

This woman felt something that she assumed to be a penis, so it's not surprising she assumed it was a man.

We finally agree on something! The so called victim never saw this supposed man, except when they were having sex. Before he entered the room, he made her put a blindfold on. She never saw him, but had sex with him anyway.

    Kinda dumb, and not rape.

    Was she truly a virgin?

If she wasn't a virgin, she KNEW it wasn't a penis. End of story. Are you a woman? Because, I don't know a single woman who would disagree with me on this.

She probably did not have much experience. She must not if she was desperate enough to agree to this "man's" highly peculiar demands.

That is what the defense tried arguing during the trial.

Apparently the female jurors felt the dildo and disagreed.

I'm not an expert on this but supposedly some of those can be pretty realistic-feeling.
I think we can assume the perpetrator would have tried to choose a realistic one.

The only way this could be rape is if the person that blind folds you leaves the room and somebody else has sex with you.

Cool. Based on that criteria, the OP story is not rape.

Yes, that would totally be rape.

Especially if the first man was the woman's husband or long-term boyfriend.

The woman in the OP never spent any time with this "man," unless she was blindfolded, correct? That's on her, and completely idiotic. A con man convinced her to have sex without knowing anything about "him."

"He" committed no crime except for finding a clever way to get in a woman's pants. No different from the guy who promises a wedding ring and doesn't come through.

    Paradise by the dashboard light!!

No lying about your sex to trick a heterosexual into sleeping with you is rape.

Sex has to do with the person.

There was no man. She consented with a person that doesn't exist. The person that did lied about what they were. She couldn't give informed consent because she wasn't informed.

Lol, you and your committee about what constitutes a valid reason to agree to sex, are so cute! Not. It’s a freakin personal decision. You should not get to have an opinion.

I don't care how cute or not cute you think the law is.
In who I have sex with? I wasn't aware I was a sex slave. I'm not sure if I can perform.

Why would a woman have sex with a guy who lied about that? She'd be able to see that before he even touched her?

You completely agree with me, yet you say it was rape. Rape is a very bad thing. It’s not enjoyable, in any way. You never see the person again.

if you enjoyed it to the point you did it over and over and over and over and over and over again, for two years, it wasn’t rape. Exception if you were held against your will as a sex slave.

The OP woman never saw the man she had sex with, for TWO years. What’s the difference?

Lol. Another who wants to legislate morality.

so many claim to be pro freedom, unless they personally object to the behavior people choose.

I don't think tricking a person into gay sex is something a straight person would enjoy. If they did I doubt we'd be talking about it.
okay so if a 45 year old coach has sex with a 14 year old girl over the course of two years and she enjoyed it it isn't rape?

You better go tell the legal system they seem to think otherwise.
