Indeed. People who lost their jobs or who had an adverse reaction seem to be the place to start with the lawsuits.

Not a close case. NFIB v. Department of Labor is a 6-3 ruling.

Remember, all power is derived from We The People. When weighing whether Dementia Joe was attempting a Legitimate or Illegitimate exercise of power, watch how the derivative of authority traces and see if it properly traces back to We The People. If it does, it's legitimate and binds our conscience. If it does not, it's illegitimate and must be firmly stood against.
So, We The People authorized CONGRESS certain listed powers, operating legitimately within that, Congress granted certain listed authorities to the Executive Branch. Did they grant THIS specific power? That's the question the Court wrestles with next.
So the line of legitimate authority failed to trace from Congress to the Executive, therefore, the power Dementia Joe was attempting to exercise was illegitimate, which the WH knew, hence, "the work around".

Well it is certainly interesting. So its constitutional for CMS, but no for OSHA?

So you fully support employers mandating vaccines? Some red states have tried to ban it.

The mandate never took effect, how could it cost anyone their job?

Why would an employer massage medical stuff. Can they mandate eating healthy?

Your question didn't make much sense.

If you are white between the age of 18-64, you are not able to get those. They are available only to non-whites and those over 65. Basically the majority of the tax paying people pay for the most proven effective treatment for the rest.... this is courtesy of the bigot in chief... Biden. If you want that treatment, claim that you are 50% native American, then you will be able to get the treatment. Isn't that white privilege great? I can't wait for the class action lawsuit coming from this, the payout is going to be enormous.

Thank you to Ron Klain, Joe Biden's senior puppetmaster, for being an idiot on twitter, and tipping off the SC to your scummy attempts to circumvent the law, and trample on the rights of Americans.

Only an idiot would work in healthcare and not be vaccinated, but I certainly defend people's right to be idiots.

Why? Because vaccination is the magic bullet protection against covid that you've been screeching that it would be?

Sorry, but that narrative has all but collapsed.

If you already had covid then there is no need to vaccinate.
Any healthcare worker who was paying attention in school knows it. Forcing those healthcare workers to vaccinate against a disease they already had is ignorant of science at best and is criminal endangerment of health of the employees at worst, as the vaccination does carry its risks, no matter how small, and it’s not Bidens decision to make.

They don’t want their staff to get covid
Red states have been making it illegal for an employer to mandate vaccines.

They can still get covid with the vaccine so that's not a legitimate reason.

Good red states are doing that.

That's like an employer requiring you to only have protected sex or eat a certain diet. It's not their business.

    Just not true.
Today, CDC published new sciencereinforcing that vaccination is the best protection against COVID-19. In a new MMWR examining more than 7,000 people across 9 states who were hospitalized with COVID-like illness, CDC found that those who were unvaccinated and had a recent infection were 5 times more likely to have COVID-19 than those who were recently fully vaccinated and did not have a prior infection.

You still don’t know that being vaccinated makes you less contagious? After how many years of this?
People who are vaccinated against Covid-19 are less likely to spread the virus even if they become infected, a new study finds, adding to a growing body of evidence that vaccines can reduce transmission of the delta variant.
