Sure. The Russian are bogged down in certain areas of Ukraine, but it's not like they haven't completely obliterated or encircled many Ukrainian soldiers.

But I Got some Hopeful News. It looks like Israel is making progress with peace negotiations. No thanks to hardliners in NATO. Turkey is hosting the second round of mediation. We'll see if these talks come to fruition, but it looks like the US is essentially getting sidelined by other nations.

From watching Russia in Syria, concerning untangling knots in the logistics, you could at some point guarantee a ceasefire would be called after any significant advance or large city taken back by the Syrian army in the Idlib area. This benefited the advancing force as it halted counter attacks and gives the advancing force time to consolidate gains and get support and logistics worked out in a safer way. All this ceasefire and humanitarian things that last very short periods facilitate that, every one they do allows for time and easier consolidation also time to fix logistic and supply problems.
