$6 or $7 per gallon is a small price to pay to defend democracy....

The former USA (now the States of America) was never a democracy, dude. It was a federated republic. Read the constitution sometime...

Oh I pay it......and I live in a Republic. Remember the Pledge????? "and to the Republic, for which it stands". I just don't want to continue to pay for Brandon's mistakes. Neither does Ukraine.

Oh God! Another one with that nonsense? This ignorant comment used to be very common in this forum before we explained to them what a Republic means and what democracy is. But looks like some of it was still left behind.

It is his call then... unlike some on here.... I do not speak or think for Trump... it is just another mess the Democrat would leave for him to clean up...

Please don't spread more ignorance. "Republic" simply means that we are not a monarchy. Remember Dr. Franklin's anecdote about the question of whether we are a Monarchy or a Republic? Those were considered the ONLY two alternatives because they are the only ones that exclude each other. Variants of Monarchy or variants of Republic do not exclude each other. That's why we are today the democratic variant of a Republic (unlike the UK, which is the democratic variant of a Monarchy)

Anyway... a great way to illustrate the perils of Republican anti-education efforts... but off-topic.

LOL, we don't have to guess, Trump told us what he would do.
Congratulate Putin on his genius. Then when s#$t hits the fan he would bomb them and blame it on China.

I just posted where you inferred that no price is to high .. and you have been saying this throughout

you said "Use whatever price you want" - when was asking for clarification .. same as "no price is too high" .. now you want to quibble over wording pretending to not say what you said.
Now you are claiming not to have said this.. running from your own words in a desperate dance of denial and avoidance.

Its about the price people are willing to pay to defend democracy, and apparently $6.00 is too steep for you. The Republican leadership insisted we stop Russian oil, which indicates they are ok with higher prices.

Republic simply means we are a nation of laws. Sure you don't like our laws because they stifle pure Authoritarian, Socialist, Democracy! Don't use your ignorance as an excuse......it's tiring. Sure....you are well indoctrinated, but why flaunt it? Our problem now is a result of your green energy dream and "wokism". Embrace it!

The QUOTE is only about gas prices. NOT to anything even remotely related to a "nuclear war".

I'm done with all your dishonesty...

They have also been consistant in trying to keep us a #1 energy exporter of course your party and Brandon wrecked that by executive order. That is why you prefer an authoritarian Democracy. It is also why you over rule our Repblic of Laws by bypassing them at our border! You might as well quit babbling about Democracy because the non-woke segment of population is wise to you. You can pay $10/GALLON for all I care if it makes you feel woke! In the meantime, we have American energy that needs to get online quick to suffice European addiction to Russian oil. American energy doesn't emit any more pollution than Argentina or Iranian oil. Is it because Democrat leadership prefers authoritarian governments?

Right... because countries like the UK, Netherlands or Spain..., which are NOT Republics, are not nations of laws... But Russia and North Korea.... which ARE Republics.... are nations of laws, right?

So that's what the lady who asked Dr. Franklin meant: "are we a nation of laws?" when she asked "are we a Republic or a Monarchy?"

Look... stop the nonsense. Just get back to us when you learn to research BEFORE you make absurd comments like this.

That sounds like as good of a guess as any.

Even though there is worldwide support for Ukraine, I think that what's on many people's minds is Putin's not so subtle threat to use nukes against anyone who meddled with his Ukrainian misadventure.

On the other hand, its Ukraine's air space and they should be able to use it as they see fit.

Since things are not going well for the Russians, the question remains how much foreign military intervention will Putin and his advisers tolerate before they start to deploy their extensive nuclear weapons .

Comments that you fail to address. Our laws reflect American values, not Uk's or Canada's or Russia's or North Korea's.....get it?

Yeah.... I get that you are completely clueless on this matter, and that you might have realized it but are desperately trying to hide it. Hopefully that will be enough for you to avoid that absurd comment in the future. And that maybe next time you will do your research BEFORE posting this kind of nonsense.

The real logic is this.....how come we can send them ground weapons that turn Russian MIGS into a flying cinder and it is tolerated? ......but if Poland sends them MIGS to defend their own territory, it is intolerable??? Is it because MIGS to the Ukranians might drive invaders away? Does Brandon enjoy a protracted war? I think Putin is defeating Brandon with mere threats!

Oops, the pot accuses the kettle of not doing research.

BTW, I just filled my tank with democracy this morning. $200.+. I feel bad for all those people dems claim to care about.

It's too bad that America is stuck with Brandon and his hyena half-wit when it needs real leadership so badly.

The closest explanation I can come up with for the SAMs vs MIGs question is that SAMs can only be used for defense while MIGs could function in both an offensive and defensive capacity.

If the Russians are bogged down this much when they have control of the skies, imagine how difficult it would be for them without air superiority.
