Ukraine has rejected a Russian offer to allow two safe corridors out of the besieged city of Mariupol in exchange for Ukrainian fighters laying down their arms.

The Russian news agency TASS reported the offer, citing Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, and said residents of the southern port city were given until 5 a.m. Monday to respond.
If Ukraine were to surrender right now, Russia would still bombard Ukraine. Ukraine would lose their democracy and Putin would move right in there installing his dictatorship and Ukraine freedom would be lost and it would be very much impossible to get it back. Ukraine refuses to surrender and will pull out the stops to keep fighting. Russia will also pull out the stops on their attacks on Ukraine.

That article is a bunch of lies, but then again what else can be expected from the BBC. The Russians had opened a corridor for the civilians to leave the city but they were hindered by Azov who needed the Russians living there as human shields.

What Russia did was offer the criminals in charge of the city a chance to escape by surrendering, rather than ending up in military court where there are numerous charges against them. But instead of accepting the offer so the civilians wouldn't have to endure more hardships, they refused.

Of course they might not have had a choice, since the neo Nazi Avov is still there and on top of them. Anyway the city is lost since it's surrounded by the Russians and the DPR military - while Kadyrov's Chechens are inside the city trying to clean it out. The only problem is how to save the people and city from the Nazi scorched earth policy?

About the Ukies still in Maruipol. They are mostly hunkered down in the area of the steel mill. They've asked Kiev for help but aren't getting any. They already been designated "Martyrs of Mariupol" by Zelensky.

Yesterday Jens Stoltenburg threatened China over helping Russia and told them that they should support international law as a member of the Security Council and condemn Russia. Here is China's reply;

Zelensky just banned all political opposition parties in the 'democracy' of Ukraine. He also banned all media outlets except for the one owned by his thug boss, Igor Kolomoisky. The veil is finally being removed.

The Russians made similar promises at Illovaisk in 2014. The retreating Ukranians were massacred by the 331st Guard Parachute Regiment as they exited via a 'humanitarian corridor'. The Ukranians know that Russian promises aren't worth the air they are spoken into.
