People blame COVID for the rural boom. I blame BLM. It’s mostly whites that are leaving violent areas that they deem to be a safer rural area. I don’t think COVID had anything to do with it. I’m a small town guy and I hate it. I never plan on moving and it just made my property taxes go up. Many of whom came from California. Yup… California. Need I say more.

Are you blind? How many people did California lose? Small town property values show their is a move still in progress

My prediction is that a Basic Minimum Income financed here in Canada in the way that the Bank of Canada operated from 1938 to 1974 will make that happen here in Canada...... and financed in the spirit and intent of the President Lincoln Greenback Monetary Policy Experiment in the United States.... will cause the exodus away from cities to go to a higher level, but frankly a massive Exodus from the province of Ontario to my province Nova Scotia has already happened over these past two years here in Canada.

So far, the Bride of Messiah of the years 2021 and 2022 is so lukewarm, blind and naked that they cannot even make the connection with these ideas.....

Would a Basic Minimum Income dramatically reduce abortions?

Five hundred dollars per month that is UNCONDITIONAL but subject to Income Tax will result in a general movement away from the cities to rural America and Canada. By that I mean an extra two thousand dollars for a family of four........

Mormons are joke. Joseph smith had prophecies that never happened, he married a 14 year old at the age of 37, he authorized young to marry the old. There is absolutely nothing that Warren Jeff’s done that joseph smith did not do.

Big town values are going up a heck of a lot faster than countryside. You know where people who move to Florida cities come from? Texas is #1 and its not even close. I see Texas license plates everywhere I look. No, people are not fleeing to the country side. Where do Californians go? They go where everyone else goes, - where the jobs are: Phoenix and Dallas seem to be their favorite destinations, since they are close by.

Good luck living on $500 (minus tax) handout.

Not to mention that their current leader has came out against guns, against religious exemptions for vaccinations, and directed them to no longer call themselves Mormons like he’s ashamed of it.

To come out against religious exemptions for vaccinations undermines their core beliefs in free agency. To come out against guns ignores their history of persecution.

I wish they did. My small town is getting loaded with them. Maybe you can come tell them to leave for me. I would greatly appreciate it

What is the name of your small town?

No doubt some people are moving to the countryside since remote working is becoming more common. Its cheaper. However to call is an exodus the way Wilkerson talked about it not even remotely close to the truth.

Population there has increased by 102 people in past 10 years.......How is that supposed to support your argument?

As long as people have internet, they can work remotely from the middle of nowhere and save lot of money. Florida cities are becoming unaffordable (people in Miami spend 60% of their income on rent), so it could make sense for some to move to the countryside if they can work remotely.

The last census was before the COVID move. You know that so why would you play that card? The population has most definitely gone higher than that. Our graduating classes have grown more than that alone

If you want to argue Wilkerson end-times predictions are accurate then so be it.

    Is this happening?
"Acreage within 100 miles of most major cities will skyrocket out of reach to all but syndicates"

    You got "syndicates" in Monroe?

I will argue it because I’m witnessing it. I’m not saying our population is growing by the thousands but the incoming money is not being produced by the industries in our area. It’s big money making these prices go up.

As far as syndicated land, that may be the case but I’m not so sure it is either. It could explain the land value increases. I have six acres in the county, not in town. I bought it for 240k I bet I could get 600k out of it now. I know another gentleman in my position that bought his for close to the same and almost got a million out of his. It’s absolutely insane. I wouldn’t sell for even a million. I have river property and you don’t come by that easy.

An acre of land in rural Florida is about $6000, so no, its not just "syndicates" who can afford it, and there is plenty of cheap land in other States too. Looks like the average price in Utah is around $4000 per acre.

Here you go. 10 acres of fine land in your State for 47,500, and the seller it throwing in 3 RVs. It took me 30 seconds to find it.

Lol. Look up land for sale in sevier county utah. Last year I offered a guy 35k for 5 acres which up until a year and a half ago would have been a sweet deal (for him) being half of it was we referred to as “trash land” (in a flood zone that’s not buildable and without water rights and far away from power). He laughed at me and told me he turned down 80k from a person from Salt Lake City. It’s one of my favorite duck hunting spots but I couldn’t match or beat that so I left it alone. Land has gone way too high for the locals to afford anymore.

you see, many people are buying this type of land that have no experience in owning county land. They don’t understand the cost of routing power, water rights, septic systems, easements, or anything that it requires to build.

I am sure you can find expensive land, but the Wilkerson argument was that land in general will be so expensive that only "syndicates" can afford buy it, and that is what you are trying to defend. However, it took me 30 seconds to find land that's very cheap.

In other words, Wilkerson's end-day prophecies are not in full swing as you seem to think. Heck, he started peddling his horror prophesies in the 1970s as an "urgent message" and none it came to pass, which is almost a surprise because you'd think at least some of it would happen by co-incidence. The economic collapse came close to happening in 2008, and it was a bad one, but nowhere near as bad as he predicted.

Sevier County, UT = 38 acres for 7,526 per acre.

That actually isn’t bad. But you’re right that you can find high prices. The land you just pointed out I may have to drive by and look at it. The water rights alone on that chunk is good. Those shares are convertible to other canals. Thanks for showing that.

But there are now sixteen million Latter day Saints and there were eighty thousand missionaries before Covid 19 and fifty thousand even during Covid so.....
they are one of the only groups of people capable of shifting the world away from the Al Gore Carbon Tax theory... which lays the foundation for the Bill Gates Innovation to zero theory.....

A Basic Minimum Income that is taxable but unconditional to all citizens, financed along the line of the President Lincoln Greenback Monetary Experiment can lead to the paying off of the national debt of the United States....
because the national debt of the USA is largely a practical joke being played on three hundred million Americans by their elected officials, (who usually

get coopted as soon as they get to Washington).

I do feel somewhat guilty though because Prime Minister Pierre E. Trudeau in 1974 played along with one of the worst decisions ever made by a Canadian Prime Minister in order to deceive Americans.....

These two graphs illustrate that if the rather brilliant 1938 to 1974 Bank of Canada policy had not been scrapped by Trudeau.....
our national debt could not have been spiralled out of control so easily.....

    http://www.politicalforum.com/index...better-canada-contest.589554/#post-1072743293

A serious error was made by Canadian Prime Minister Pierre E. Trudeau in 1974 that allowed for a major deception to occur in The United States of America. Once the error is corrected in Canada the same error will be easily understood in how it affected the economy of the United States of America over the last nearly five decades.

My theory is that the rather brilliant Bank of Canada policy that was in effect from 1938 to 1974 was too intelligent and logical and had to be messed up so that a deception could be pulled on Americans.... but the deception had to be pulled off on all Canadians first!

Both of these graphs can be viewed here:

The Latter day Saints having a Brigham Young University in Jerusalem puts them in a position to be very influential over the coming decades.

Brigham Young University in Jerusalem and peace in the Middle East

As high level corruption is dealt with in America and Canada we will be amazed how many positive things happen over this next decade.

The value of our little farm has doubled in the past 10 years. I'm hoping those who are fleeing large cities find someplace they like better than my location. We didn't cause the problems in large cities. I hope we don't have to pay for it anyway.

I sincerely believe that a spiritual awakening is coming to both Americans as well as Canadians no matter whether they grew up in the city or in rural areas.

Exactly.... real estate prices in Florida are surging... .and so are rental costs...... Florida has, in my opinion at least...... vastly better governance than California has.

Do you mean that Starlink will make it possible for people to work from home..... from a rural area...... nearly as effectively as they could from a big city?

If that is what you mean I totally agree with you!!!!

Actually.... that quotation was from near death experiencer Christian Andreason.....
I believe that there is really no contradiction between near death experience accounts where somebody reviews their lives with Messiah Yeshua - Jesus appearing as a Being of Light..... with the Jewish and Christian scriptures........
