Its very simple, if the woman doesn't want it inhabiting her body she has every right to have it removed even if this results in its death

She should have took into consideration who was inhabiting her body 9 months before... problem solved.

It’s literally none of your business.

HIPAA assures me you can’t make my medical decisions your business.

    Three cheers for privacy!!

Well... you might be into Coprophilia, butt I'm not... If you want to use it for birth control, have at it.

HIPAA and vaccine mandates... were they involved in making my medical decisions your business?

I know of no government required vaccine mandate. To take a cruise, yes, I had to show proof. Not to fly or enter a government building though. You?

The United States is a federation - does constitution really give the federal government authority to regulate things like abortion? States have wide autonomy and already regulate pretty much everything - each state has its own criminal law, and it prosecutes and incorporates criminals. States also regulate a lot of aspects of healthcare. Why is abortion any different? While I view abortion as a necessary evil, and think all states should keep abortion legal at least up to 15 weeks, I think this is probably a state matter.
We should also remember another important thing - at the time of Roe vs Wade, premature births had pretty grim outlook. Now a baby born at 23 weeks would have a realistic chance of survival outside of the womb. Maybe, with our medical advances, it really is time to revisit this issue?

Was Biden president during the Mary Mallon case?

Your argument is debunked.... Follow the science... vaccinated healthcare workers can be infected with Covid just the same as unvaccinated, infected vaccinated healthcare workers can transmit Covid just the same as infected unvaccinated, vaccines do not keep you from getting Covid.... both vaccinated and unvaccinated have gone to the hospital.... both vaccinated and unvaccinated have died.

the only argument one may have is vaccinated get less sick......

but even the data on "who got Covid and never went to the hospital", either unvaccinated or vaccinated has never or even could possibly by monitored. Covid infected each and everyone differently. CDC quit keeping track of it last year in May...

    Actually the essential question is

“Do you have. Right to safe and effective health care in an emergency”?

It’s really hard to argue science with people who have no understanding of the scientific method. Ttfn.

Not possible. You can’t explain the scientific method to people who base science off their feelings. Ttfn.

Humor me... use your scientific expertise, and not my feelings, to show any of it wrong then.

Nah… I’ve humored you numerous times. Each time, you revert to feelings. Inability to understand actual science, is not an argument against science.

As a 30 year database developer, data analyst/scientist, I have spent way too much of my career explaining to VPs that we use data to guide strategy. We should never alter data to support strategies we hope will work. Yet, I’ve been asked to do that, over and over again.

Stupid is as stupid does. There are way more ignorant forum posters than there are ignorant Mega Corp VPs. They are easy to spot.

ps, in case you wonder…. Some things can be verified by science. Many cannot. If it can’t be validated by data, IMO, than it is subjective. I enjoy debating the subjective. I’ve no desire to debate facts.

SHOT: Democrats to force vote on making Roe v. Wade federal law next week.

"Schumer blasted the GOP on Thursday, saying Republicans have tried to “duck, dodge and dip from their responsibility for bringing Roe to the brink of total repeal.”

“Next week the American people will see crystal clear that when given the chance to right this wrong, the Republican Party will either side with the extremists who want to ban abortion without exceptions or side with women, with families and with the vast majority of Americans,” the majority leader said.

    CHASER:

Hot Button Issues are Inflation, Gas Prices, Wages.

As for Abortion: 15 weeks is more permissive than most of Europe and certainly acceptable to the majority of voters.
