I have forbyears cited the scientific conclusion as taught in the medical textbooks that theblife begins at creation. You have yet to refute that only citing baseless strained justifications.

Tell me about your experiences your first week of life.
Capital punishment is constitutional for capital crimes and treason. If you want the same for a mother to kill her unborn baby then pass an amendment.

It probably will barely move the needle in the Midterms.
    Which sucks...

Great point. In science, a heartbeat = alive. You just defeated yourself.

False. This ruling overturned Roe. It doesn't legalize slavery or allow vaccine mandates or any of the other silly hyperbolic horrors leftists are currently lying about.

Liberals will be screaming and howling that Biden needs to ahead now and PACK THE COURT, as that scumbag Democrat 'demi-God', FDR, tried unsuccessfully to do....

No, the constitution already did that through silence. There is no right to not get vaccinated.

Some States might try to ban travel for abortion, but those laws would be easily challenged and most likely overturned.

It might at the state level, but I don't see it moving at the national, either.

When you are absolutely sure you want a child/pregnancy! If you're not sure, preventative measure, really, does that actually need to be said!

Until someone decides to ban the preventative measures. No constitutional right to BC.

Hardly a strawman. You agree no such right exists right?

Yep. RIP. The abortion issue went from being GOP political tool, to being a potential Dem tool. Single issue voters will have to think about what their new #1 issue is. Gay marriage is settled too.

IMO, the States can decide abortion like they do with death penalty.

Why would that happen? IMO the impact will be seen in red States in about 15 yrs when the first wave of unwanted babies reach the gang-banger age.

I 100% agree that once a fetus is viable then all efforts should be made to save that life. Abortion should be illegal except in the most severe events and after all other avenues have been exhausted.

The issue is many states are banning it from conception onward. thomas has even said contraception should be reviewed.

    I'm not.

... and that is in line with what the Constitution says, thus this ruling was the correct one.

    Buzzword.

No LEGAL access to it, which is good, because murder shouldn't be legal.

Intentional miscarriage is also murder, dude.

No, it's not. MURDER is what is absolutely disgusting and terrible, not the illegality of it.

We're trying to weed out the RINOs as we speak...

No, a huge forward step was taken... a forward step towards the plain reading of the US Constitution. This was a very good ruling, and very long overdue.

No... We will now be allowing individual states to decide whether or not murdering children should be legal.

Can she not control the spreading of her own legs? Murdering a living human for the sake of another living human's convenience is morally abhorrent.

Democrats will start up their 2022 "Summer of Love" shortly here... They'll be as violent and destructive as ever, throwing a hissy fit of rage for a while. I think that such Democrats should be thrown into jail for years and relentlessly labeled as insurrectionists.

Right. So when they become violent (because it is 99.99% of the time the political left that is violent), they should be thrown in jail for years and relentlessly labeled as insurrectionists.

    Agreed.

A right to contraceptives, yes, although you're trying to argue a widely accepted means of birth control..

You're just making my case for me: THIS RULING doesn't change any of that other stuff.

How is gay marriage settled? thomas included it in his concurring opinion. Along with contraception. Strange how he left out interracial marriage though.
