It will be interesting to see States becoming more and more monochrome. For example in considering moving for a new job, I would have to be sure if I were moving into an overall authoritarian state who decides what is best for me , I would have to refuse the job. Some in here speak reverently about your freedoms and the small state. Yet you support the removal of both these things. Makes no sense to me. Instead ISTM you offer personal freedom, as long as you agree with the state. There was a little German man who offered the same thing. How easy it is that such top down authority becomes tyranny. Would you use your guns against that? Or would you not because you apprové of the control exercised by the state? Freedom means that people arre responsible for the personal decisions they make. The state is there only to support what that décision may be.

there is no way a state can penalize someone from leaving the state to get an abortion. It would be akin to Ohio arresting a man who got a blow job in a legal brothel in Nevada or a stoner who smoked a legal joint in colorado
Funny how Thomas says ruling like Griswold, Obergefell and Lawrence which protect contraception and same sex marriage should be looked at, but doesn't include Loving vs. Virginia for interracial marriages because he's married to a white woman.

Justice Clarence Thomas, writes that the Supreme Court should "reconsider" the rulings that currently protect the right to buy and use contraceptives without government restriction, the right to a same-sex relationship, and the right to same-sex marriage. Thomas and the supreme court should also reconsider the ruling on Loving v. Virginia too?!! Roe is just the bringing, better get out and vote in November!
