He's shown you what happened over and over, you're just sticking your fingers in your ears to argue. Why?

    1. He was guilty of the crime
    2. He resisted arrest
3, He tried to grab the taser

    What more do you need?

    1) so what, that doesn't mean you can push his face in the dirt and blow his brains out
    2) so what, that doesn't mean you can push his face in the dirt and blow his brains out
    3) he deflected it and never held it, that too doesn't mean you can push his face in the dirt and blow his brains out

And you are conceding to that by not being able to prove what happened.

    1. No of course it doesn't, why would you think that?
    2. Ditto
    3. He went for the taser, the officer killed him because if he hadn't Lyoya would have tasered him and killed him with his own sidearm. The officer was 100% right and you know it.

you brought it up as if it matters. It doesn't
    indeed. Ditto.

I told you already that you never proved this. Lyoya was unarmed the entire time.

And reaching for the officer's taser, he got what he deserved and everyone knows it. Including you.

It remains so that you are conceding to that you never proved this. Lyoya was unarmed the entire time, due to lack of proving it.

And was reaching for the taser. Do you deny it?
He was an idiot who got himself killed, everyone feels so sorry for this poor officer who is now being hung out to dry in order to appease black rioters.

for all I can see, he only deflected it.
And you are conceding to this, because you're not showing proof.

The proof is in the pudding and the clip, he reached for the taser, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

You're not proving it, so you're conceding to the opposite.

I am, watch the footage and it proves Lyoya was resisting arrest and trying to grab for the taser, you'd have to be blind not to see that

And if he gets the taser then this officer is dead meat.

How to tell people you don’t know how to arrest someone without telling us you don’t know how to arrest someone.
