This is all well and good (and a little fun), but have you seen a SINGLE denial of Cassidy's testimony about T**** being told there were armed people in the crowd and tubby wanting to take down the mags??

It's perfectly fine to look into the motivations of witnesses and examine their credibility and Hutchinson's is in tatters, you just WANT to believe her so badly. People support him because he is the symbol of backlash against wokeism, political correctness etc He is the revenge of the "deplorables". In that one remark Hilary Clinton signified everything wrong with the DNC and the political elite, their contempt for a large part of the US population and their values.

Therefore, your claiming that you are a partisan, is tantamount to admitting that you are also a hypocrite, at least sometimes. So, my question was, how can you condemn partisans on the Left, as hypocrites, if you're a partisan hypocrite for the other side? If she KNEW her testimony wasn't 100% correct, then she lied.

 

And what leads you to suppose, Ms. Hutchinson felt this to be the case? Since lying under oath is a serious offense, common sense would dictate that she did believe that all of her testimony was truthful. Whether or not any of the information fed to her by a fellow aide, was accurate, is another matter.

It is worthy to note, however, that though some (anonymous?) Secret Service personnel, have pushed back against a couple of specific details, about the story she'd been told about Trump, the Service has confirmed that Trump had both known that members and of the crowd were armed, and had been adamant about wanting to be taken to the Capitol, to be with his supporters. IOW, as I have said all along, whether or not Trump tried to grab the steering wheel, or had laid hands on the agent, while making for very colorful testimony, are not particularly crucial details. And there has been no one, who has called anything else, from her substantial testimony, into question.

We have two eye witnesses who aren't being courted by leftist giving their first-hand accounting, and we have a junior staffer to a staffer of the President with a revenge motive (thought she was going to get a cushy job at Mar-a-Lago but didn't) giving us hearsay and reveling in life as the left's new Avenatti.
