American conservatives attending CPAC in Dallas cheered wildly as Viktor Orban, known for his racist, nationalist ideals, spoke to them about immigration, mixing the races, and his intolerance of homosexuality.

The right wing has made racism and other forms of bigotry acceptable in America just by inviting Orban to speak. Cheering his hatred was merely the icing on the hate cake.

This is beyond reprehensible, in my opinion.

 

I started a thread about racists making comments about Bill Gates' daughter in a photo with a black guy. The entire thread was flooded with excuses, rationalizations and justifications for why those comments were acceptable.

According to the rules, there is no rule against making racist comments. However, there is a rule against calling them racists. So, just a heads up. This is probably not going to head where we both hope it could.

So essentially 95+% black.

Should they have more diversity in their population? Or is it only majority white countries which need to do that?

Does the 95% black population express hatred towards other races in Jamaica? Do they practice discriminatory housing? Do they hire only blacks? Do they hold rallies to stir up fear, anger, and hatred towards other races? Etc etc etc.

You seem to compare apples to oranges quite often. Racism isn't just about what we feel about others. It's much more about how we treat others, and how we speak about them.

Why don't you go to Jamaica and see how warmly you would be welcomed.

 

Hungarians seem to have a problem with the Romani people (less than 5%). They don't consider them real Hungarians even though they've been there a very long time.

And as I just corrected one of your liberal fellows in another thread, blacks in America are not discriminated against in hiring. But whites are.
