It's hilarious to see some Trump followers on tv acting all "surprised". How many times do we have to tell them that Trump is NOT above the law? I'm sure no Republicans here were blind sighted. After all, we've been telling them for years...

And this is just a practice run. Will they act "surprised" when he's hauled off in handcuffs?

It's happening, people! And pleading the 5th is not going to keep it from happening. Don't let it catch you unprepared.

If you didn't know, now you know.

I will bookmark this thread, just in case when the time comes, somebody might "forget". And I suggest you do the same.

Steve Bannon:- Bannon became Trump’s chief White House strategist

Bannon and three others – including Brian Kolfage, who spearheaded the “We Build the Wall” fundraising effort – were each indicted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York on one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering. The counts carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison each, according to a press release from the office.

“As alleged, not only did they lie to donors, they schemed to hide their misappropriation of funds by creating sham invoices and accounts to launder donations and cover up their crimes, showing no regard for the law or the truth,”

    Trump pardoned him before trial

Steve Bannon's 'We Build the Wall' Codefendants Plead Guilty

Jul 22, 2022 — A federal jury has convicted former Trump political adviser Steve Bannon of two counts of criminal contempt of Congress

Michael Flynn - Flynn spent a brief stint as Trump's national security adviser before being forced to resign after he failed to disclose the depth and breadth of his contacts with Russian officials during the transition. Later that year, Flynn admitted that he had lied to the FBI about his contact with Russia and had also done work for Turkey as an unauthorized lobbyist. In early 2020, Flynn and his legal team sought to have his conviction overturned. That effort was rendered moot when Trump pardoned him in November 2020.

Paul Manafort - Trump's campaign manager for part of the 2016 presidential campaign, Manafort pleaded guilty in 2018 to on count of conspiracy against the US and one count of conspiracy to obstruct justice due to attempts to tamper with witnesses -- and agreed to cooperate with the ongoing Russia probe. Manafort was sentenced to 47 months in prison in 2019. Trump pardoned Manafort, who wound up serving just under two years in prison, in the final weeks of his presidency.

George Papadopoulos: Papadopoulos, a relatively junior adviser to Trump's campaign, was sentenced to 12 days in prison for lying to investigators about his contacts with individuals tied to Russia. Papadopoulos was defiant about his innocence; "The truth will all be out," he tweeted the night before reporting to prison. "Not even a prison sentence can stop that momentum." Trump pardoned Papadopoulos in December 2020.

Roger Stone: Stone spent years advising Trump although he was only formally affiliated with the 2016 campaign very briefly. He was convicted in November 2019 for lying to Congress and threatening a witness regarding his efforts for Trump's campaign. According to the judge, Stone's actions "led to an inaccurate, incorrect and incomplete report" from the House on Russia, WikiLeaks and the Trump campaign. Stone, and stop me if you've heard this one before, was pardoned by Trump in December 2020.

Rick Gates: Gates, deputy to the campaign chairman of Trump's 2016 campaign, pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting Paul Manafort in concealing $75 million in foreign bank accounts. Gates turned informant for the government as part of the broader probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.

Elliott Broidy: Broidy, a top fundraiser for Trump's 2016 presidential campaign, pleaded guilty in October 2020 to conducted a secret lobbying campaign in exchange for millions of dollars.

"Broidy was charged earlier this month with conspiracy for failing to register and disclose his role in a lobbying effort aimed at stopping a criminal investigation into massive fraud at a Malaysian investment fund and advocating for the removal of a Chinese billionaire living in the US." (THE GUY BANNON WAS PARTYING ON HIS BOAT WHEN BANNON WAS ARRESTED)

Tom Barrack: Barrack was charged on seven counts on Tuesday. The allegations, according to the indictment, center on the idea that Barrack used his closeness to Trump to "advance the interests of and provide intelligence to the UAE while simultaneously failing to notify the Attorney General that their actions were taken at the direction of senior UAE officials." Following Trump's 2016 victory, Barrack asked UAE officials to provide him with a "wish list" they hoped for from the administration over the first 100 days of Trump's presidency. "The defendant is charged with acting under the direction or control of the most senior leaders of the U.A.E. over a course of years," wrote the prosecutors of Barrack.

    GOING TO TRIAL SOON

Michael Cohen: The one-time fixer for Trump, Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison for a series of crimes, most notably secret hush-money payments made during the final months of the 2016 presidential campaign to two women alleging affairs with Trump. The sentencing judge said that Cohen had pleaded guilty to "a veritable smorgasbord" of crimes. Cohen turned informant on Trump and, in sworn testimony in front of Congress in 2019, Cohen called Trump "a racist," "a conman" and "a cheat" -- and insisted that the president was fully aware of the hush-money payments.

    Let me get this straight.
The FBI goes to a Magistrate instead of a federal judge to get a warrant to search a presidents home.
The have the search warrant information sealed.
They send 100 officers in the middle of the night for documents they already reviewed months ago.
The FBI and the DOJ refuse to comment on this raid.
The FBI refused to allow Trumps attorney to witness the confiscation.
They brought is a safe cracker to get into Trumps safe.
They same FBI that falsified documents to federal judges to get illegal FISA warrants.

But your only hang up is Trump isn't releasing a judicially sealed warrant?

How many other Democrat Manchurian candidates are out there? My guess is the left over 15%ers.

I think it is interesting that the FBI director that initiated the process was installed by trump, the judge who has ties to Epstein that authorized the warrant was installed by trump (the trumpatriots are now threatening his children), the search was coordinated with the secret service and trump may ultimately be charged with a felony because of a law that he signed into effect.

    So much delicious irony

If they are upset about a warrant just wait until they peep walk him out of MAL! I have a special whiskey and fireworks ready.

"Strictly speaking, even if Trump ordered the declassification of the records (verbally or in writing), what is likely to matter for purposes of handling and storing the records after he left the White House was if the mandatory follow-on actions occurred.

Classified documents have classification markings in the header and footer of each page, indicating the level of classification for the document as a whole," they noted. "If Trump did in fact order the declassification, he still needed to make sure his staff took the necessary next steps to modify the classification markings on the documents before he could actually handle and store the records (as a private citizen) as if they were unclassified.

Under security classification rules, a classification marking on a document has to be treated as valid and binding unless and until a subsequent marking replaces it. Appropriate government staffers would have needed to cross out the classification markings in the headers and footers, and stamped 'declassified' on the record noting when it was declassified, by whom and under what authority. Since that does not appear to have been done with the classified documents reportedly identified to date, the documents remain classified and had to be treated as classified for handling and storage purposes.

He's lived his life escaping one crisis to another, barely staying out of the grasp of justice. Crisis is wind beneath his wings.

I really don't/haven't cared if he's caught, convicted and jailed. I will be happy, and we'll satisfied, if he and his Seditious Cartel of controllers never get hold of the reins of power again.

But, if not tRaitor tRump, we may be one traitor closer to the traitor that finally ends Government BY THE PEOPLE. "These (truly) are times that try men's souls".

I never thought I would ever fear for my Country, especially not from an enemy from within.

    Absolutely.

One would think that on important/top secret documents there are duplicates entered/ filed so they would have some kind of reference to go by.

What about the Trump/Putin audios and transcripts?

Wow you guys are really grasping

What does it matter of who it went to for a signature? HE WAS A FEDERAL MAGISTRATE

A federal magistrate judge is a federal judge who serves in a United States district court. Magistrate judges are assigned duties by the district judges in the district in which they serve. Magistrate judges may preside over most phases of federal proceedings, except for criminal felony trials

Search warrant info is normally sealed, nothing unusual, don't worry, lots of media will sue to get it unsealed, Judicial Watch already started

They showed up with THIRTY OFFICERS at 9am Monday

DOJ/FBI usually don't comment before indictments or charging, except Comey's when he did on Hillary, 11 days before the election

Attorneys get to witness warranted searches? SERIOUSLY? LOL
