Not all documents in the NA are classified. Trump shipped those boxes to Florida while he was still president so he very well could have declassified them. But this isn't what the raid was about, it was about finding something that would disqualify him from running again. If it is determined he was directly involved with January 6 that would finish him. I believe that is what the raid was about.
