    The DOJ is making it's own motion to unseal the warrant and the receipt.

    It looks like he's calling the righties' goofy bluff.

    This will be good.

    And if the judge has already "ordered" the release of the information, it sure is puzzling that the DOJ has to make a motion to do so. *rolling eyes at crow-gobbling posters*

    Context matters:

    "Surely you know that Presidents can take classified documents wherever they like."

    I have yet to see anything from the statute that states that is illegal for a former President to have classified documents at his home.

    Either the DOJ was ordered by the Judge to unseal the affidavit or not. I find it curious that the DOJ would have to file a motion to do so. What legal procedures prevent them from doing so without being ordered to?

    Attorney General Merrick Garland surely knew this raid would rekindle suspicions that this could be another example of what fired FBI official Peter Strzok once called an “insurance policy” against Trump becoming president in 2016 — only this time in 2024.

    Attorney General Merrick Garland said that he "personally approved" the decision to seek warrant for the FBI to search former President Trump's Florida home at Mar-a-Lago.

    "The department does not take such a decision lightly. Where possible, it is standard practice to seek less intrusive means as an alternative to a search and to narrowly scope any search that is undertaken," Garland said. ​

    That's because the court did NOT order anything other than the DOJ to respond by Monday. And birds don't seem to grasp this simple stuff.

    Democrats are so gullible. The DOJ doesn't have to make a motion to unseal the warrant. Its their warrant and their request to seal it.
    And they don't have to wait until Monday. They could do it today.

    The Albany Times Union and conservative group Judicial Watch made the motion to unseal the warrants and the DOJ could simply comply right now.

    But we do love watching how these Dumbasscrats are all running around trying to flip the script once they all found out how this has backfired in their own faces.
    You guys make us laugh so hard.
