While I freely admit that I didn't watch the whole thing I did watch enough to discover that, for all practical purposes, I'm an enemy of America rather than a citizen. As such, I'm starting to think that if I'm not American then I probably have no business paying American taxes.

The question, in America, is not one of whether or not one is free to leave. It's a question of whether one's interests will be represented in government. With Biden's speech tonight he effectively told some 75 million Americans that not only will their interests not be represented but that his administration will not even bother to ask what those interests are. He, like most of the left wing, including left wing Republicans, have just called roughly 1/3 of the country "enemies". Having determined 75 million people are enemies of the government, what will the government now do to eradicate those enemies?

Biden, tonight, was on the very doorstep of calling for civil war.

Trump did exactly what you are accusing Biden of doing, and righties loved him for it. Now the tables have turned and righties are upset because their feelings are hurt.

Anyway, it is a tad crass for a sitting president to do this himself. Odds are the far left wants him to atone for his disappointing student loans plan and have threatened they will sit out the election if he didn't personally lead the charge.

This country tends to come together when absolutely necessary. Once Trump told his koolaid drinkers is was a nothing burger, they ran with that and are still claiming it’s fake.

America is Trumped out. Biden isn't running in 2022 or 2024. Perhaps the right could look beyond the Liberty University/Trump wing of their party for a change if they want to have a viable candidate next time. Until then, it is just smoke.
