The problem with Germany's military is the same problem that has afflicted those of most European NATO members. They are reluctant to spend what they need to spend on their military because to do so they would have to cut back on their social spending which is the pride and joy of many European nations.

 

The Germans have massively increased their military spending since the Pooteen invasion of Ukraine. Germans need a real enemy to fight against, then they'll be back in top form.
