Most of his gaffes and/or misspeaks are walked back by his staff. It's one of their challenges to allow him access to public speaking events and hope he can stay on script. Apparently he has trouble even reading from his cheat notes because at times he seems lost, not knowing which direction he's expected to move in. I think even foreign leaders know not to take him seriously if he messes up. They've most likely been informed to wait until Biden's staff does a clean up before responding. Especially since his handlers have had to clean up so often for him.

 

I disagree. He does it to raise money that will be tax free, and more importantly, bankruptcy proof for when he loses all his money and needs something to live on outside US territorial waters where he can't be arrested. It's not like his kids will give him a dime.

 

He is supposed to do that while being president of the U.S.? Isn't he "supposed" to help the citizens of the U.S. before he helps himself, while being president? He took the oath of office, didn't he?
