Trump continues to lose on his attempts to stop the legal activities against him.

Appeals court halts special master review of documents seized at Mar-a-Lago in major defeat for Trump

    By Tierney Sneed
Updated 8:58 PM EST, Thu December 1, 2022

The Trump organization Tax Fraud jury trial ended today and a decision is due out next week. If the verdict is against him, it will be a bad day for Trump.

Verdict in Trump Organization Trial Could Come Down to 3 Little Words
What jurors make of the phrase “in behalf of” could decide whether the former president’s namesake company is guilty of tax fraud.

Trump has always used the courts to forestall problems in the hope that time will make the problems go away. Nonetheless and in those cases where the forestalling has come to an end and a decision is made, any guilty verdict on any one of these cases, will be a huge blow to Trump.

Here is a reality of Trump:

Donald Trump: The Most Sued President In US History

Does this mean he is the #1 person subject to "witch hunts" or is he the "the most criminal president ever"?

Donald Trump may supposedly have business savvy, but common sense eludes him. He does all this shady and corrupt stuff and then paints a big old target on his back by being a consumate jackass.

It seems like Trump is getting it more and more often in the gut, doesn't it? Once his party realizes that they are better off without him, and stops fearing his white-supremacist base, which is the biggest portion of his supporters (and of which there are none in this forum, I must point out or I'll get in trouble with the mods), that's when we'll know for sure that he's done.

I don't like him and never voted for him. Im sure he is guilty of tax fraud, but then again, so is every American tax payer. If you started reading tax code/laws and lived to 1000 years old, you would still commit tax fraud without knowing.

Like a witch, he has many under his spell. His opposition works for him free of charge, helping keep his name relevant. A few vague terms like "Nuclear secrets" and "Classified documents" feed what so many are eager to consume. I realize that Dems have no other choice. Its not like they can run on the results they are producing.

Its sad that the US couldn't do better than putting 2 elderly sex offenders on the ballot. I voted for Jo.

Trump's become a victim of the mass media cold shoulder now. Not even his closest friends dare to defend him even though he's done nothing wrong. Kind of reminds me of what they did to Richard Nixon.

That puts us on equal footing.
No, actually NOT EVERY AMERICAN is guilty of tax fraud. Yes, our tax code is ridiculously complicated and mistakes are made but that isn't the same as fraud. "MOST", Americans willingly pay any shortage discovered, Donald Judas tRump fights tooth and nail and never pays his fair share. He's, supposedly a Billionaire, and pays $750.00 a year in taxes???? Come on man!
"Without knowing" is a mistake not fraud. Purposely scheming to hide income and going to all sorts of financial gymnastics to avoid paying taxes, that IS fraud.
I never agreed with the "Everybody Loves a Circus" saying; even when I was a little kid I couldn't stand them. But some people LOVE them. And that's all tRaitor tRump is, the Circus come to town. His rallies are nothing more than a Big Top extravaganza, obfuscated by the fact that there is only one Ring, instead of three. One focused on the Mango Monarch and whatever Death Defying, bullshit of the week, he is currently trying to get away with; and they are ALL rooting for him ... and ... unfathomably ... against OUR beloved Country.
Unfortunately that's true. After the midterms he should have faded into obscurity; but, NO, he's still the top topic of headlines and never skips a beat.
Here's where you are AbsaByGodLutely wrong, those aren't "VAGUE TERMS", you left out the acronym SCIF, in the world of clearances and secrets documents that can ONLY be viewed in a Secure Compartmented Information Facitliy are our most guarded. How they are handled is taken more seriously than a heart attack; THERE IS NOTHING VAGUE ABOUT THEM. Often peoples lives depend on how they are protected. And Benedict Donald had them laying around in a pad locked store room under his stairs! THAT IS UNHEARD OF!!!!
I know it's easy to get lost in all the bad press President Joe has constantly been embroiled in since he was inaugurated. But if you really look at what his Administration IS accomplishing, how OUR foreign relations HAVE improved, the actual well being of our economy compared to the rest of the world. It's just not true that "Democrats" aren't "producing" worthy results to be proud of.
By his own words tRaitor tRump is a proud and accomplished "sex offender", there is only slander and innuendo against President Biden in that regard.

There have never been 20,000 criminal indictments against Trump. There were 10 against him while he was president but they were closed (no resolution either way, meaning NO EXONERATION occurred).

Nonetheless, here is a statistic that says a lot about Republican administrations, including Trumps.
Under Trump, there were 6 that were either found guilty or pleaded guilty

    1) Manafort
    2) Gates
    3) Stone
    4) Cohen
    5) Papadopoulus
    6) Flynn

The target was placed on his back by the political class (Democrats and Republicans) when he won the 2016 election.

    DEFLECTION
I never claimed there were 20,00 criminal indictments. I claimed the left made over 20,000 fake criminal claims that went nowhere.
    But you knew that

    FALSE
And Hilarious you would even make such a comment.
I'll just let you hear it from the judge himself since you obviously didn't watch any of the Senate trials.
Where the judge orders Trump is acquitted on all charges.

    DEFLECTION
Convictions on 10 year old tax evasion and lying have nothing to do with Trump.
    But the desperation is noted

Manafort was convicted of a 10 year old tax violation...lol

    Flynn has been exonerated.

Popadopolos was popped for a process crimes.

Stone was convicted of lying to Congress and obstruction.

Cohen lied under oath and broke campaign finance laws.

    That's real hardcore stuff...lol

Ya know, you started a thread yesterday whining about people making outlandish posts. This post of yours must be what you're talking about...lol

There haven't been 20,000 indictments against Trump. Hell, there has been one.

BUT, BUT..... GUILTY.... We will leave out the details...... they were found GUILTY....... I tell ya...
It is like the impeachments, we just leave out the acquitted parts.....
Just like Mueller did not exonerate Trump.... it was not his job.... to exonerate.... either bring charges or drop the case for lack of evidence... he is not judge and jury.
And investigator Comey stepping up to a podium and speaking for the prosecutor... it was not his job to review and charge... it was Lynch's job.

Using your own link to the video. Trump was acquitted but not exonerted. Acquitted and not-guilty/exonerated is not the same thing:

    No

Acquittal is not the same thing as a not guilty ruling, instead, it means that the prosecutors did not have enough proof or did not prove that the person was guilty, so the case was dismissed.

Trump has NEVER been exonerated of any charges against him.

Donald Trump will never serve a day in prison. Mark my words, Lucky1knows. I know this disappoints you.
All of the present legal hullabaloo is swamp contrived nonsense to dirty him up and keep him from running again. Even though he says he is running for POTUS, I doubt he'll make it past the primaries.

Word twisting isn't working for you. The judge stated he was found NOT GUILTY.
The definition of Acquitted is by a verdict of not guilty.

And by the leftist ideology of making over 20,000 criminal claims against Trump, investigated by 50 Forensic FBI officials, two dozen CIA officers, 17 intelligence agencies, 14 top Democrat lawyers, 2500 witnesses, millions of subpoenaed documents, a 3 year federal investigation that couldn't come up with a single criminal claim for impeachment, state DA investigations, committee investigations, and 3 acquittals from 3 fake impeachments, without a single indictment in 7 years, literally makes Trump the most exonerated US citizen in history.

Nobody in history has had this much investigation against them. NOBODY

Sorry, just because you say he's guilty doesn't make him guilty, You have to prove it in court.

I am not going to argue with you. The definition of acquittal is very clear. You used the word exonerated and that has not happened. It really is as simple as that.

As far as your claim about leftists making over 20,000 claims against Trump, I have no idea of the exact number but I do know that Trump earned each and every one of them (were not invented out of the clear blue sky) and the reality is that if just one of those finds him guilty (and many are progressing and some already are near or at the verdict stage), he will be screwed. As such, even if 19999 fail, one will damn him forever.

There is an old adage that says "playing with fire means that at some point you will get burned".

Good luck to you and Trump avoiding the fire that is likely to come.
