FEC: Trump-Stormy Case ‘Not A Campaign Finance Violation’

Bragg's case is sinking fast. The campaign finance claim is officially dead in the water. Bragg also mentioned possible tax fraud in his statement of charges. That impossible too, since the campaign funds aren't subject to any state, or Federal tax.

I'm thinking Bragg just wanted to be the first guy to indict Trump, for the street cred. But, I'm wondering if he thought what happens if he falls on his butt during the prosecution.

 

Bragg campaigned on getting Trump. That was his motto.
Now he has to make good on his claim.
This is the best he could come up with. Now he can claim, well, I tried but but but Trump.
This is how you win elections in Manhattan. Just declare you hate Trump. Thats all a Democrat voter needs these days.

This is the same idiot DA who just last week charged a parking attendant, who was shot in the stomach, for illegal possession of a firearm and murder because the attendant fought with a murderer, took away his weapon, and shot him.

This is the kind of judgement this idiot DA has. This is the mentality Democrats are getting behind.

 

Additionally, I find it amazing how fast the left has conjured up state statutes claiming how Trump is guilty based on the indictments but every single licensed attorney being interviewed from CNN to NBC to Fox are so puzzled and can't figure out how Bragg has somehow shoehorned these particular 34 indictments into a state statute felony charge.

Its amazing how this miracle Bragg has concocted out of thin air will move forward.
At the same time, obviously why Bragg is running from telling anyone the crimes Trump is charged with.

Welcome to the new Soviet Union where you can now indict your political opponents and refuse to say what crimes they are charged with so your media can feed its trolls with (No one is above the law) chants.

Bragg, a tool for the Democratic Party, is a shortsighted fool. Seventy percent of Independents think the indictment is politically motivated. The whole purpose of the indictment is to create the illusion that orange man is a very, very very bad man. What they are doing is showing the country that they care more about winning elections than respecting the actual rule of law. Instead, Alvin Bragg and his cheering kangaroo court may make Trump the 47th POTUS. Dumb Donkeys.

 

So? Rule of law, is so. The FEC ruled there were no campaign violations, but Bragg is trying to fabricate one.

Cohen took a plea deal. He pled guilty of the charge, but neither Trump or his campaign was found guilty of any violations. Where you're getting your info from must be from outside this world.
