Walking around the streets with a semi automatic rifle is what Kyle Rittenhouse did, and gun grabbers said that made him guilty. I say this as a pro second amendment individual, you don't blame victims for doing something they're allowed to do legally. I don't know who pointed a gun at who first, and I know blm protests are violent by their very nature, but I'm not going to say the dude who got shot deserved simply because he had a gun.

You mean that the jury was all liberals in Texas ?

You didn't know that Austin is infested with Leftists? 72% of voters in Travis county voted for Biden...lol. And you think an Austin jury is going to be loaded with Conservatives?... LMAO

I live in an open carry state. Does that mean that if I encounter someone openly carrying a gun in, for example, a restaurant, it's okay for me to shoot and kill him?

Yeah, but where in Texas will he find a better jury? I'd file that under "Careful what you wish for."

Soros hates the western countries and is using his money to push the US over the edge. He's old now but his son is taking over the business.

Ak47s are 99% semi automatic here in the United States. Im sure a few fully autos are floating around.

Which makes it a modified AK-47. But the article never stated what type of rifle it was so why mention AK-47?

Based on what? Can't be based on the 1st. 2a does not apply because we are not talking about purchasing or keeping a firearm? Can't be the 4th, 5th, 6th, or 8th.

If an appeal does come, it will be based on procedural technicalities in State appellate court.

Under Texas statute, he is allowed under law as long as it is not "displayed in a threatening manner."

If that was the case, he wouldn't have been able to drive onto Congress Ave from where he was when he said "I was surrounded by protesters." I think he encountered them, and then he made some stupid moves.

I listened to the video. A little bravado, but no terrorist intentions unless you think MLK was a terrorist in his day.

agree, but I think it's dangerous to do so, might get one killed..... like in this case

peoples ideas of "displayed in a threatening manner." differ, what may be threatening to one, may not be to another
