    Apparently the a bottom hopper gate was not properly secured allowing the load to leak out of the car in transit.

    They have to stop to allow eastbound trains to pass, sometimes it's 1-2 hours.. But 60K pounds!!!! Now that's a huge concern! I have seen what a 20# bag can do detonated "Open Air" underground, it blew every curtain down for 20 cross cuts and we all had to crawl on our bellies back to established airflows!

    Sixty thousand pounds, that be a small nuke, or countless IED's. I bet someone ass is in a sling ATM!!

    Doesn't matter who's at fault, what matter is it is found! I was a fill in underground shot-fire for many years. This is ATM a very big concern for all involved!!
