Are we all clear now that Trump is a criminal?

    By which I don't mean that he's a convicted criminal, of course. He has a right to a trial. But the question is if we are clear that he did commit a crime (colloquial definition of "criminal").

    This weekend I was looking at some right-wing MAGA media, and on Fox it looks like now they are clear that he's pretty much done for. And they cited the infamous Page 16 of the indictment as clear proof. Again: YES... this has to go to trial and through a jury to convict him. But the evidence is clear now to everybody, right?

    If that is clear, you can go ahead with your whataboutism.... "whatabout Hunter", whatabout Hillary", "whatabout Pence", "whatabout Joe", ... All I can say about that is,

    Power to ya! Hope you catch some witches in your witch hunt like we did.

    Oh! And just in case anybody wants to hide behind some strawman, I am using definition 1 here. Number 2 doesn't apply....yet

    1: one who has committed a crime

    2: a person who has been convicted of a crime

    The rule on classified documents, according to Comey, is that a person isn't a criminal if that person didn't intend to commit a crime.

    Careful, you will trigger some folks with talk like that.......if someone's son's emails were relevant the "Big Guy" Biden would be behind bars now.

    Yes, but Trump clearly knew he was committing a crime and intended to do so. There is enough in the indictment already to show that.

    To become a dictatorship, you pass enough laws to make a criminal out of everyone, then selectively prosecute.
    Does anyone doubt the danger our society is in, when they make Frankenstein monster cases, extend statutes (I didn't know that was possible) indict someone without specifying the law violated (I didn't even know you could do that) indict someone with apparent authority to do a thing while ignoring others (Senator, then VP Biden taking documents, etc. whole Trump, a POTUS, has his wife's underwear stolen by FBI).
    This is still a minor salvo in an all out war on humanity and liberty. Trump is just in the way. It is you, a person that would be free, they are really after.

    You're right his mistake was not converting them all to digital files and keeping them on his own private unsecured server.... And deleting them when they were subpoenaed

    You appear to have not read what I wrote or anything going on. In one case, they extended statute to prosecute a silly case (He's accused of graping a 50 something year old woman in public with people around I guess figuring she would stay silent as he did it). The Frankenstein case? The indictment doesn't even reference the law you say was on the books when he violated it. ITMT, members of the deep state seem to violate our laws fast and furious and there's nothing to see here.
