Really suggests is the wrong word, pretty sure they outright accuse him of trying to hide what he had and asked others to help him do it.

And who will the witnesses be, who will provide the evidence…? Bunch of Democrat ‘haters’…?

No……every single witness, every one of them are The Stain’s people…his employees, his lawyers, their messages and recordings…

This is all his own doing…

He was NOT allowed to have the documents.
He was NOT in the process of returning them. He was actively hiding them to retain possession.

I haven't been following, did they reference the recording in the indictment?

As the president, he was allowed to have the documents. It's not difficult to understand. Also, why do you think he was going through all those boxes if not to pull out his stuff and return the rest?

Yet instead of saying that, he claimed he gave it all back lol
He didn’t return the rest, he tried to hide it

That, for me, is the big question. I'm disappointed in all the Republicans jumping to Trump's defense and ignoring this fact.

The lawyer made the claim thinking they gave it back but didn't know there were boxes missing.

Trump's lawyer will get it, in it's entirety. Full context and everything.

Proving that the "diligent search" line was a lie and/or that Trump mislead his own lawyers.

He wasn’t president. So no, he wasn’t allowed to have any of those documents.

And he had more than two months, with an army of federal staff, to help him separate those documents before he left office.

He shouldn't have to waste time separating it before hand when he and his staff had duties to attend to.

    Just keep making excuses.
Funds are allocated to the transition.

He had no right to keep the documents. It was HIS obligation to make sure he didn’t take them.

And then he had 18 months to correct the error. But didn’t. He actively tried to hide some documents. You don’t have a problem with that?

Great its out. Not sure why pointing out a lack of any supporting evidence was such a problem for you.

It seemed like a desperate attempt to avoid commenting on the story or being critical of trumps actions
