I never heard of this author or the book and I’m most likely not alone. But if anyone here did read this book they never mentioned it here.

So anyway, I’m stunned how the contents of this guy’s book never made the news until today. Any guesses? I think I can figure out why but would like to hear the thoughts of others.

So anyway #2, if Obama had come out of the closet in 2008 or 2012, does he lose, or does he get more votes?

 

I don't think it would have made a difference. People were into his race not his sexual orientation. Hell I even voted for him the first time because he was black (not that I think thats a good reason to vote, just being honest)

 

Well, it would have given his supporters a second avenue of attack against his critics, say something bad about Obama and you’re a racist and a homophobe.

Being gay didn’t help Buttigeig, but then again he had no business running for president what with being a horrible mayor.

In today’s political climate, I would think being gay would help a democrat candidate.

I don’t know what planet you are living on. There are at least 18 major scandals the president presided over: (1) The IRS scandal — selective targeting of conservative groups. (2) Benghazi scandal — cover up. (3) Bowe Bergdahl scandal — traded five Gitmo terrorists for an Army deserter. (4) Iran deal ransom payments. (5) Veterans Affairs death list scandal. (6) Solyndra scandal — $500 million lent to a failed solar company. I could list a dozen more Obama scandals, but it would require too much space.

First of all, we're asked why we should believe the author. If anyone took the time to read the link you'd see he spent 8 hours with Obama over three days and wrote a book about him which you can buy here on Amazon. If the story wasn't true then O has a big defamation suit lined up, right?

For a four year period of time we saw a few people who wrote books about a president get all kinds of attention and interviews on the typical news networks, but this book has been out since 2017 and yet no one heard of it, or at least wants to admit they heard of it.

Then there are the comments about Obama living rent free yet this is just ONE thread about the guy and it's not being used to deflect the subject of another thread. But wait, just scroll down a little bit and someone actually does drag in Trump which is a popular tactic when the left tries to offset something bad about their guy by bringing up another guy.

The big thing here is the left has gone balls to the wall on all this LGB stuff over the last few years. They push it in schools, movies and cartoons plus they have their own month and parades. You'd think the left would be cheering from every rooftop about how great it is that Obama likes to smoke pipes. Instead they go on the attack as if there's something wrong with being gay. Imagine that.

So going back to my original post, back in the day when Obama was running for office, does anything think coming out as being gay would have cost him votes or gotten him more? Would you guys still have voted for him, they, them theirs?
