You are supporting the Colorado Supreme Court in holding Trump accountable for crimes, even though he has not been indicted. So yes, you are trying to.

I couldn't do that. The Colorado Supreme Court is holding tRaitor tRump accountable to the 14th Amendment Section 3.

And you support them. So yes, you can, and are, doing that.

Then you support going against the 5th and 6th Amendment.

The 4 Democrat justices in Colorado are outside of their jurisdiction.
Even the 3 that dissented agreed you can't just claim someone guilty of a crime.
And you can't take someone off the ballot that has not been convicted of a crime.
The 4 justices that are behind this ignorance decided on their own Trump was guilty which they claim
give them the authority to remove him from the Ballot.

Yet 91 other justices in 13 states won't even consider it.
So the SCOTUS will shut this down quickly.
If you though any judge could just rule someone guilty then take them off of ballots,
This would be going on for 50 years now.

    I would hope so.
And that's where they ran of the rails.
    Wouldn't that be "gave"
    Mostly from red States
IF tRaitor tRump appeals ... maybe ... maybe not.
    If I though ... any judge ...

And magically you know more than 94 justices in the US.
Whats going to be your excuse when the SCOTUS rules this idiocy down?
You going to claim you're smarter than them as well.

Spot on. It is really as simple as that. The problem starts when folks start dicing up the language and how it can be interpreted . The "legal" aspect can become a word game. And can be manipulated to favor a person for political reasons.
When folks can't agree on the definition of "insurrection" or "officer" . how can they get along on bigger issues??
An aside, but one can be excused for being skeptical about the Supreme courts rulings......after the RvW reversal. (and one can bet that religious bias played a role in that one) For eg.

You admitted that you supported the Colorado Supreme Court holding Trump accountable for insurrection. You admitted that insurrection is a crime. By admitting to both, you have admitted to being against the 5th and 6th Amendments being applied. Since it is a fact that the only way a finding of fact that someone committed a crime can be done is via the 6th Amendment, and since it is a fact that one cannot be held to account for a crime except on presentment or indictment of a crime, the only logical conclusion is that you are against the 5th and 6th Amendment. Or do you no longer support the Colorado Supreme Court ruling? I'm sorry, but you cannot have it both ways. You cannot support the Colorado Supreme Courts ruling AND support the 5th & 6th Amendments because their ruling goes directly against the 5th and 6th Amendments.

Not even close to spot on. Is insurrection a crime? Yes or no? Did the Colorado Supreme Court say that Trump cannot be on the ballot because he engaged in insurrection? Yes or no?

No, "MAGICALLY" you know more than the Colorado Supreme Court.
I'm very interested in reading the assenting opinion. Will they have a Constitutional backed decision or will they bare their Right Wing ass again? :wtf: Either way it will be educational.

OR! Will tRaitor tRump even gamble the WHOLE election by appealing?
I wouldn't even claim I'm smarter than Thomas. I'm just not as corrupt.

Bold: Should we go through your posting history and see how often you call YOUR countrymen names?

Rest: A fascist is someone who is extremely authoritarian, intolerant, and oppressive. A communist demands that others property is not their property, but everyone's property. Sounds pretty authoritarian, intolerant, and oppressive to me.

Edit: Know what else sounds pretty authoritarian, intolerant, and oppressive to me? Holding someone accountable for a crime when they haven't even been indicted for that crime by disallowing anyone to vote for that person.

Both Amendments are about crime and criminality. The Colorado Supreme Court didn't base their decision on criminality.
No, the only "logical" conclusion is you're conflating the issue into something it's not.
I AbsaByGodLutely support the Colorado Supreme Courts decision to disallow tRaitor tRump from being on the Colorado primary ballot.
I'm not trying to have it both ways.
    I sure as hell can.
It sure as hell does not.

I don't think I've just used blanket accusations branding ALL Republicans. But sure go ahead it would be interesting; if I have, I'll bet I was logically consistent.
Whatever dude, you got my point.

The math not workin for ya. 94 vs 4.
    I know, its so hard

You mean the one that will be identical to the 94 other justices?
You don't have the authority to remove anyone from the ballot that hasn't been convicted of a crime
    You heard it here first

Yeah we know, that ole Uncle Tom huh
The left has always hated blacks in authority

My degree is in Mathematics and Computer Science. I can do math you haven't even heard of.

Now how the **** would you know that.
"I" don't have the authority to remove anyone sleeping on a park bench if the *******n thing says no loitering on it.
But I will be disappointed, not surprised "though", if that's how they rule.
You're making this about race and insinuating I'm racist?
No, "the left" has always hated criminals in authority; take tRaitor tRump for instance. I sure as hell have.
