BS. First you have no evidence that he betrayed anyone or anything. Your belief is based on propaganda. And I can say the same thing about Biden. And my belief is just as good,as yours and awaits proof just as does your.

Load of crap. If they wanted them in why in the second draft were they not included after listing them in the first draft? And again your evidence for Trump being involved in an insurrection is painfully thin to the point of non existence.

I have the indictments of several Grand Jury's.
My belief is "based" on my own eye's and ears and years of watching the low life son of bitch.
I'm sure you can "SAY" the same thing about President Biden, but that would be driven by biased propaganda.
You certainly have a right to your beliefs, no matter how wrong they are.
I agree yours will be dis-proven in time. You talk about thin? What the tRumpublican's in the House are doing is as thin as it gets.

That would be zero since the clear wording of the amendment and it's full history clearly exempt the president and VP from it. And Due process takes presidents in any case

"Democrats are trying desperately to overcome terrible polling numbers by using lawfare to take out their opponent."

    IS NOT true!

You're trying to blame more than half of America for the **** tRaitor tRump has gotten HIMSELF into.

Yes it is. And in this case I am blaming a handful of lawyers who are trying to weaponize the legal system against their political opposition.

He was proven guilty. Just not enough votes in the Senate to remove him. The proof exists REGARDLESS of what the Senate decided to do about it. Impeachment is not a criminal trial. So he was NOT acquitted. Your statement is... more than nonsense... DESPERATE nonsense.

If they follow the Constitution, then yeah, they will rule in Trumps favor.

Nonsense. The second you commit an action you're guilty of that action. So hands off my lollypops!

So legally you can declare guilt and apply penalties without a conviction?? Because that is what this is about.

And it won't make a bit of difference. Just like Colorado won't make any difference to tRaitor tRump. If his lawyers have a brain between them they'll let it go. IF he appeals and, in the off chance, the Supreme's rule against him, he could be out of the race nationally.

It's exactly how it works. The justice system doesn't determine when you are guilty. Only when you are found to be criminally guilty.

The attempt to confuse the two is a lame strawman, and you know it.

One can easily open a window with the other post in it.
So, too, opening a window with the previous post in it.

No it's NOT! Not even close. There is NO penalty involved here. Unless you also consider not being allowed to run for President because you're under 35 or because you already served twice... a "penalty".

If you do, the thread about that topic is here

You forget this little thing that our system goes by... "innocent until proven guilty". Which has a hell a longer standing than your claim.

You seem to have an urge to speak for others. He disputes your "facts," or haven't you noticed. "We" have.
