my guess is since Micheal Jordan became a billionaire selling ugly shoes trumps team figures to get in on the market https://apnews.com/article/trump-sneakers-sneaker-con-philadelphia-4de093eda6f8d1c68baf8fe8095f777b I looked to see where they were for sale... ebay has a pair for $6K... the claim is they can be bought for $400 bucks on trumps websight think they will be american made?? he should be able to sell a million pairs $400 x $1 million .....wa la trump pays NY fines
I saw that he is selling sneakers now. https://gettrumpsneakers.com/ What's the likelihood that they are made in China? In any case, it looks like there are enough suckers buying them at $399 a piece. Or, the "sold out" sign is just a marketing ploy to drum up demand.
Grifters gonna grift. I'm sure mango is thrilled he can easily con angry old boomers into buying anything. LOL
More wah Trump selling sneakers is bad now. Good can't be any worse than the shoes that nearly crippled Zion.
as expected more trumps scams https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/com...S&cvid=de0f237d043b43bc83dd89ba164540ba&ei=17
This operation isn't a Trump company, the company that makes them just made a licensing deal using Trump's name only. Trump will get probably a percentage, but I doubt it will be that much. It will amount to a few million now doubt, but the bulk of the profits will go to the company that makes then, and nowhere on their site do they tell us where they are manufactured, which makes me wonder why they don't tell us? Could it be a foreign country? Howevah..... That company licenses the Trump name and image from one called CIC Ventures LLC, which happens to have the same address as the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Fla. https://www.corporationwiki.com/p/39hpjk/cic-ventures-llc Hmmmmmm.......
You're right. That's why they are so overpriced for such commonly made overseas shoes. This is the sizzle folks, there's no steak.
. . . US manufacturing output is at the highest level it's been since at least 1997. The last year of information I can find was $2,497.13B. That's more than twice Japan's manufacturing output. Hell, it's more than our next three competitors (Japan, Germany, and South Korea) combined.
Well, I have my Sperrys for when I want to dress up a bit. My wife is a marathon runner, so she goes through a lot of shoes. Pretty sure several of those were manufactured in the US.
