Will Letitia James and the good judge be prosecuting DB next? Afterall they accepted the claimed inflated valuations and information on Trump’s loan application and allegedly have been doing so for decades. They are sophisticated financial lenders and fiduciaries which requires responsibility to their shareholders. Surely Letitia can find some part of the NY leagal code that can be used to punish such irresponsible actions regardless of whether BD made money or not.

Retirement has not caused real estate prices in West Palm Beach to double in the last 4 years. I am sitting in our son’s home which he bought for ~$300K ~ 4 years ago which is now worth ~ $600K. And no, Trump did not appraise it although Mara Lago is ~ 20 miles from here.

Did any of those things prevent the economy from ******** the bed while he was President. We lost 2.9 million jobs during his maladministration. Prices were down because of a lack of demand. ISIS was already being defeated before Trump was elected. No immigrants were coming because of Covid. "Tax reform" tanked our budget.
