    It has to be a great speech when even Republicans have to agree that he shined for the hour and a half they listened to him. And then, of course, they have to explain to themselves why this guy, who they thought was on the verge of senility, could do THAT well. Compare to Trump who talks for hours about nothing but himself.

    What Traitor Joe's supporters think is not a cognitive test, and Traitor Joe's refusal to take one is a tacit admission that he knows he can't pass one. Of course, he fails one every day, but that's still not taking the test that he knows and I know he can't pass...
