Yes, their genetic abnormalities classify as medically defined defects.

    Obviously.

"Are they not also people?" is an obviously stupid question and nothing more than attempted flamebaiting.

That's still dodging the question. If they are not a man and they are not a woman, then they have to be a third thing, a third sex. Noting why they are not a man nor a woman, doesn't negate that such a claim leave only a third sex as the only possibility.

    No they don't.

A conjoined twin isn't a new type of human being any more than a chromosomal mutation is a new sex.

    Oh really.

What genus of homo are they, since the only one I see listed is homo sapiens.

Alternatively, what sex other than male and female is present in the mammalian kingdom.

Didn't say they were a new species.

Oh so what brilliant thing are you saying?

Are you suggesting that there is a 3rd gender among mammals? That would be just as ignorant.

No what we are averting is that there is a spectrum of sexuality and that is also seen in the. Animal kingdom

Which perfectly sums up the mammalian binary of male and female.

Chromosomal disorders do not create additional sexes.

Same is true for people with low intelligence disorders. Just because someone has sub-standard intellect, it doesn't create a new classification under the homo genus.

    Probably should though.

Irrelevant argument that is off topic.

Try to keep up with the subject we are discussing at least.

Quote someone on this forum who ever suggested that someone with a chromosomal anomaly wasn't a human being.

If you can't, you should apologize.

Ah so mammalian sex is male, female, and something with no name.

What a great thesis that would make.

Guess who wrote that. Is red hair a “defect”? Blue eyes? How about ebony skin? The whole disability advocacy push is to get people to look beyond genetic variance and embrace all as people not just as “different”

No the accepted name is “intersex” or rather the broader term “Disorders of Sexual Development” or DSD.

And I said they weren't a human being where?

What nonsense point are you trying to make?

    I'll take that apology now.

Wow calling them disorders. Such a lack of compassion.

Inter: 1. : between : among : in the midst
sex: either of the two main categories (male and female) into which humans and most other living things are divided on the basis of their reproductive functions.
