ok so i made the "Super Bowl" in one of my leagues, i won the NFC and now must of course play the winner of the AFC side. well the AFC winner called me today with a proposition. he wants to know if i would agree to split first and second place winnings, which would be $1050 total split right down the middle and we both get $525 and be done with the season. well its a great offer but if i take him on i have a possibility to win $800 if i beat him, but if i lose ill only receive $250 for second place.

before you make a decision here are our starting line ups, and mind that yes we have a few of the same players because we are 2 different leagues that had 2 different drafts, hence why one league is AFC and the other is NFC.

anyways to our squads and if you need to know this is a PPR league.........

    My team

    -Tom Brady
    -Reggie Bush
    -Chris Johnson
    -Mershawn Lynch
    -Calvin Johnson
    -Roddy White
    -Dwayne Bowe
    -Tony Gonzales
    -Packers D
    -John kasay

    AFC Champs team

    -Matt Stafford
    -Lesean McCoy
    -Beanie Wells
    -Jordie Nelson
    -Roddy White
    -Brandon Marshall
    -AJ Green
    -Anthony Fasano
    -Pack D
    -Jason Hanson

im pretty sure he called me because he is scared of my team but as we all know in fantasy sports nothing is a lock. my team is much better overall but his team has great potential to just explode and a 2 week championship round is alot of room for things to happen.

i dunno, vote and discuss. i could really use the $800, but $525 sounds alot better than possibly only ending up with $250 lol. i dunno, football gurus help a brotha out lol.

Do you play in a league with four people? Or kids? No group of serious players would ever let you get that team. Regardless of whom you are taking advantage of, go big or go home is the only option.

no the league is 24 people total and split up of 2 divisions of 12 teams each. i know my team is stacked, fact is i got lucky on acquiring a few players along the waiver wire. i didnt have Chris Johnson,Dwayne Bowe,Mershawn Lynch or Reggie Bush at the beginning of the season.

Mershawn Lynch i picked up in like week 5 because he didnt produce for (*)(*)(*)(*) until that week and someone dropped him before he played that game. and the fact that it wouldnt hurt to have another starting back i picked him up and he started producing good points.

the same guy also dropped Reggie Bush after week 7 and once again he was putting up crap numbers. i picked him up from waiver wire as well because simply i had Daniel Thomas and i thought it would be nice to have his back up, which worked out great because Thomas got hurt and Bush went nuts and hasnt slowed down.

Chris Johnson and Dwayne Bowe i traded for. I gave up Fred Jackson and Percy Harvin to get them. i thought i was gonna get trade raped because of Chris Johnsons so so stats this year, but it went great considering Fred Jackson got hurt 2 weeks later and Chris Johnson has also put up great numbers since the trade. with Bowe adding a few points as well.

and picking up Roddy White and Calvin Johnson in the draft was easy money since i had the 11th pick, and they were my first 2 picks of the draft with my 3rd pick being Tom Brady to complement them. then i picked up Felix Jones and Fred Jackson in rounds 4 and 5 and went for Percy Harvin and Gonzo with my next 2 picks.

the rest is history lol. i just draft smart and make good moves on the wire by taking advantage of other peoples throw aways and i like to make trades and usually end up with a nice acquisition.

this is a tough league, i just got lucky with a few free agent pick ups and getting rid of a player at the right time. but thats fantasy sports for ya :)

anyways im going for it, i didnt get this far to tie. its either gonna be $800 or $250 for me.

    Go big or go home!

Be wary of Marshawn Lynch because he is playing the 49ers, the best rushing defense in the NFL. Do you have any backups or only a starting lineup??

I think you'll win if Reggie Bush has another big day.

Just as long as Shady McCoy doesn't have a huge game, you should be good.

already benched Lynch and im dropping Donald Driver to pick up Kahlil Bell from Chicago but i dont know if i wanna start him.

my lineup this week looks like this so far

    Tom Brady
    Reggie Bush
    Chris Johnson
    Demaryius Thomas
    Roddy White
    Calvin Johnson
    Dwayne Bowe
    Tony Gonzales
    Pack D
    John Kasay

i also have Ryan Grant on my bench and with Starks out he is a possibility still. other than that im pretty happy with my lineup. hell i havent changed my lineup since week 9 and i havent lost since. but yeah no way am i starting Lynch against a defense who hasnt allowed a single 100 yard performance nor have they allowed a rb to rush for a td against them.
